Title: Nigerian breakup

a Naija breakup is when you break up with your lady to avoid having to get her a gift during the holidays and then getting back with her again after the holidays.
think I need to do that quick.

hahahaha I agree with cowgirl... that's just mean!!! If you can't buy her something make her something if she cares about you the thought will mean more than the cost!

If the only time you wanted to be with me is when you didn't have to give me a gift, and then resume your relationship after that time has passed, I wouldn't take you back period.  That is mean spirited and hurtful.  What if she told you to take a hike?  My ex-husband would do that to me, and I didn't give him a choice;  I simply ended it for good.  By the way, you are avoiding giving her a gift, but is she giving you one?  I wouldn't give you squat. ??? ??? ??? :wave:

That is pretty mean. You did that to me I would kick you to the curb. And it's not like it has to be anything expensive. You can't make something?
