Title: check cashing problems....check # not valid? Anyone else had this problem?

I worked hard and saved up for 3 months and had my balance up to over $315.  I received my check last Saturday.  Today I go to my bank to cash it and there was an 800 number on the bottom of the check that the bank had to call to verify the check number.  When the attendant called she was told that the check number was not valid and not to cash the check.  I have cashed out numerous times before (at least 6 but never with this much money...I usually have around $100 every cashout).  Has anyone else heard of this or had a similar issue.  I already opened up a support ticket and am waiting to hear back.  Thanks in advance for all the help.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. I don't do the check thing, I use paypal because you avoid these problems and you get paid faster. Good luck getting fixed quickly. :wave:

The check is definitely valid.  There might have been a miskey or problem with the verification system.  I will inquire about this.

Thank you administrator I really appreciate you looking into this....every check I've gotten (this is my 8th) they have the number on them to call to make sure they are valid but this is the first that I've had this issue for.  Thank you very much!!!!

I just received  my support ticket back and everything has been fixed....The verification process was the issue and it has been fixed.  Thank you to the administrator and everyone at Fusion Cash for helping me with this issue.  This just shows why FC continues to be the best internet survey site around!!!!!  Thanks again.

that is wonderful to hear that all has been fixed.  i always use paypal because it is quicker but kudos on the large payout.

Always use check and never had a problem.

Nope, I had no issue. I deposited my check when I received it no problem.

Never had  a problem  with   cashing  a check.

congrats on getting it fixed, i have never had a problem with my check cashing.
