Title: Lost pay from 9/9/13
Post by: BMaston12 on September 10, 2013, 08:12:06 am: I am wondering what happened to my PTC qualifying videos I viewed yesterday. I also did some small tasks. This morning I did not get my credits to do PTC and am wondering what happened to them. Can you check into that for me? Thank you.

Sometimes the Fusion Cash administrator does answer posts on Forum but that is not always the case. I had no trouble getting my videos to credit yesterday and am having no trouble today. You might try a different server. :dontknow:

shopping mall and made purchases on the 9th and the 19th of this month and still no credit for those, and I registered on one of the offers for seniors for .75cents and didn't get credit for that either..... I wonder whats
going on???? Not really getting any reply from my support ticket either.... This has never happened to me... wonder whats going on? Has anyone ever had any problems like this before???

I found all the info in my account. Turns out I did get credit for all I did on FC for the past couple of days or so.

Your proof of payment can take up to 45 days to be approved. It will say it is pending until the request it is approved. The payment itself is not pending because you already received it through Paypal.

Post by: MrPace on September 29, 2013, 01:07:19 pm: Uuum, have not had that problem yet. I hate when the videos do not credit instantaneously, or not at all. On the bright side, I have seen more videos and higher paying ones lately.....and I am not talking about those 1/2 cent ones. lol

I would send in a support ticket to get your issue resolved. Good luck to you. I hope you get it worked out.

Why was it denied? Did you fall below the minimum cashout requirements because an offer(s) was denied or some other reason?

Post by: charmaine56 on March 12, 2014, 07:47:13 am: On sunday I did a 50c offer that did not credit and the 2c videos did not credit. Radio loyality waited till after midnight to credit one of them. I needed one half cent to do paid to click and it was like I was just being refused. so I missed it for a day. :sad1: things are almost back on track. today the running shoe video says it does not play in my area. and the hypermx come up blank. the 50c videos work and they had one 30 sec task.
