Just wanted to give a shout out (holla) to Crowdflower for clearing up alot of unsolved tickets from past months for the Daily Tasks this week.
It seems they have totally revamped their system, and it is working A-Ok.
They have been systematically clearing up unresolved tickets from as far back as 4 months for me this week.
;D
They have been issuing credit (with the moolah to back it up :o) into my account for the occasions where I sent in support tickets and showed them I had indeed either tried to send in the correct answer and the answer would not be accepted or that I did send in the correct answer and it was counted wrong, as long as I had Contributor ID and Job # on my tickets they were able to resolve them. 8)
Thanks Crowdflower! I appreciate it very much!!!!!!!!!!! :notworthy:

this is good news....thanks for the shout out to Crowdflower. I usually just skip it and move on when I get told I didn't give the correct answer.
-
right on!

I gave up with reporting broken hits because they never responded. Good to know that in the future it might be worth my time to report.
-
Glad to see Crowdflower is clearing things up and making things more user friendly.

Their responses to support tickets lately have been VERY timely with this new system. Love it!!!
-
they have indeed gotten much better lately about solving ticket issues

Thanks for reporting such good news. Makes me really think about going to do some tasks. I was burned out from those awhile back and never looked at them anymore. It seems worth a shot to go back and check it out. Thanks.

thanks for the heads up, good to know

I have never had a problem with crowdflower. They are pretty fast on getting back to you.

Guess Imnot the only one who has those problems then. It's ok I usually submit a ticket if I have problems. They have been really good at getting back to me and crediting me too.

i was able to do 2 tasks on Crowdflower for a change...but when I went to do one today and finished it (according to their 'End" and stated "Thanks for Your Hard Work"), I couldn't submit because the whole task was duplicated below that "End"; i.e., I would have had to redo the whole task again. I cannot put a ticket in about it because there are no job numbers, etc. on this task since I didn't complete it. It was a good paying one, too. I made sure my cache, cookies, and history were deleted as usual before starting this task, so give me that tired old answer again.
I tried another task and the same thing happened. Is anyone else having problems with the tasks being duplicated?
This is what I find aggravating about Crowdflower. You can't put tickets in if you don't have job numbers and you can't get job numbers if you don't complete the task.

If you're referring to the one that I think you're referring to, that is not a mistake. You do the task, it comes to what you think is the end, then you scroll down and fill in the same exact info again, then at the end of that you'll see the "Submit" button.
If you ever need to contact CrowdFlower Support, just go to the top of whatever task you are in at the moment and having a problem with, click on the 3 lines at the top right of the task, then on the left click on "File a Ticket". Your Contributor ID # and Job # should be pre-filled on the ticket, but if not they can be found also on the left side under the word "Help".

Hope that helps!

Thanks for that info. I thought it was an error. Whenever I had a problem, I went to the forum because I couldn't figure out how to file a ticket or I just gave up and left it go. Same with logging in. It always goes to the Dashboard and can't get to any tasks. So I get out of it and click the tab on Fushion Cash. I noticed there aren't many tasks to do and those that are there don't pay well at all.
BTW, I see you're doing great this month! Way to go! :highfive:

Yeah, lately when having to log in to CrowdFlower it goes directly to the dashboard instead of redirecting back to the task you were logging in from, which didn't used to happen. So, the thing to do is to just click on the Task tab again. As I mentioned to someone else in another discussion board, I've been doing the 6 cent tasks that require you to add a bookmarklet to your favorites bar, and they are SUPER easy. They show up somewhere between 10:00 am- 12:00 pm PST each day and there have been literally hundreds of them. There are other good paying ones that show up around the same time each day, you just have to become familiar with which ones they are and do them every day. They are really easy too. :)

I agree I had to file a ticket and they responded and fixed it within 48 hours!!!
