I was wondering about what you mean when it's said that we have to have at least $15 from our own activity(offers) on account before we can cash out? ???

It means you can not cash out with all 25 dollars coming from your referrals.

i dont understand what i am doing rong becouse i am a new member i have the 5 in cash i was told by michael i had 12$ and i have put the adds up like i am sposto and i am wondering waht have i done rong or what havent i done to finsh it i have done all the steps and it said any on line game well i play at pogo.com and it is also free and i dont understand why i am not getting the credet i deserve will some one help me do what i need to i can not work and i am going to school on line and i also take care of 4 kids and the extra money from this would be a dream come true............ :BangHead: :dontknow:
