Around 12:45am est 12/28/13, Radio Loyalty website became unavailable.
I've tried accessing the site from different browsers and all of them just tell me the site is not available.
This may just be a temporary problem, so I'll keep trying.
At 1:15am 12/28/13, Radio Loyalty site was back. Happily, access was a temporary problem. But the captcha submit link is still not working.
Oops, it's again inaccessible at 1:45am. Guessing the problem with the captcha submit link is related to the fact the site is not accessible. Will try again later.

My Radio Loyalty hasn't worked right all night.I started out on Firefox and then moved to Chrome,and it didn't work on either one.I just tried againbefore posting this reply,and it is still not working.

Make sure to clear out history page and registry, and update chrome, and dont use firefox, Chrome all the way... 8) if that does nt work then its there side of things...

I ran into this problem last night too. Didn't note the exact time, but it was sometime after midnight. I figured RL was having a site problem. It's fine today.

Radio Loyalty works quite well for me today until about 9:30pm 12/30/13 est, when the Submit key didn't respond. When I close the web page and tried to bring the site up again, it couldn't be accessed. Probably a problem with RL's server. Will continue trying, but depending on the server/problem, it may be a while.

Something is wrong with Radio Loyalty Captcha. I've been listening for 30 minutes and no credit. So I turn it off since this is not the station I like any way. I was only listening for the credit every 10 minutes. Let me no when the problem is fix.

since last night I've had a problem with RL repeatably saying my captcha's are incorrect even though they are correct? I've cleared cookies and tried different browsers. Oh well, I'll try later. :confused1:

I had a problem entering the captcha earlier this morning -- the submit link just didn't work the way it should.
About 3:25pm est, I tried again and the submit key worked. I've been entering captchas every 10 minutes ever since and through 7:10pm, I have not gotten any RL credits. I know there is a delay in crediting -- figured an hour or two. But three hours sounds like there are still systems problems with RL
Hope RL gets it straightened out eventually. Would hate to lose this little money maker.

I have been playing RL for some time this evening, probably entering the code at least 10 times, but it has yet to credit my account for anything.

No credit, I'm really mad because I can't do the paid to click today since I rely on radioloyalty to make the 5 cents.

The same thing happened to me yesterday, Patapon555. I rely on RL and videos to be able to do PTC. RL did not credit and there were not enough videos. I don't see any videos today, either. Hopefully it's a holiday snafu.

I did RadioLoyalty early this morning and it didn't credit for me either. Usually it does in an hour or two but that was hours ago.

I rather like radioLoyalty telling me it is not available at first, then later no reward at all. I know I did at least 8 times of Captcha without problem but no any reward. >:(

I started listening today around 11:30am est; it's 2:20pm now. I've had no problems entering the captcha's, but nothing has credited for today or for the 8 hrs of listening yesterday.
RL did have system's problem Monday and before 3pm on Tuesday. Looks like the other problems still persist.
Sak4kat: have you gotten credit for your RL listening. If yes, what browser/OS are you using?

but have yet to receive FC credit???
Don't know if the problems are on the
RL side or FC side ....
I qualified for the 15 cent PTC via
other offers.
Hopefully the problem gets fixed and those
that deserve credit get credit.

Same as everyone else, started yesterday with it not accepting my captchas responses, saying they were wrong, when they weren't, then that issue was sorted some time later that day. Last night I was able to enter captchas responses and submitted my answers in like 10 different occasions; however early this morning there still was no credit. I started listening and submitting again about 10 more times successfully, but it's now afternoon, and there is no sign of credits from last night, nor this morning. I know they have issues, I just do 1 every now and then, and check later on, until I see it's working again. Hopefully they get it fixed and maybe credit us retroactively.

I think this is a RL problem and not FC's. But I hope FC can get RL to fix the problem asap and give us the credit we deserve.

I listened to radio loyalty for quite some time yesterday via internet explorer 11. Entered the capcha many times checked this morning for a credit in-case it was just slow with the process and no credit :(.

This happened to me too. I listened to radio loyalty long enough to enter at least 5 captcha codes, but received no credit for any of them. I also rely on radio loyalty and videos for my 5 cents. :sweat:

r l is now working for me however it is not crediting at all.
I haven't received any credit since 12/30/13

none of my radio loyalty credited yesterday and so I did not have the 5 cents for my PTC this morning. There have been no videos or surveys in a few days. trying RL again this morning

This issue is definitely on the RadioLoyalty side of things. I use this on other sites besides FC and RL has not been crediting anywhere the past couple days. I, too, experienced the issue with the Captcha code not being accepted a few days back, where every code entered was "wrong".
My guess is RL has made some updates recently, and those updates still need some fixing. One thing you might want to try is to go directly to the RadioLoyalty site (one can sign up as a direct user on their site too), find the comment/feedback link and submit an FYI to their team letting them know their service is not crediting on any GPT site they are contracting with. If no one tells them, they may not know they have a problem.
In the meantime, I've been using the new Business Card transcription task to make my 5 cents (and then some). That's a pretty straight-forward task that is fairly quick depending on your typing skills. For those who are not aware of it, it's found on the Task page - there's a new tab next to the CrowdFlower tasks that have always been there.
I figure the RL issues will eventually work themselves out, as if they are not crediting anyone - they are probably going to hear about it from several of their contracted partners (like FC).

I recently noticed I got credited on another site for yesterday and today's RL, so it does seem they are up an running again.
Maybe the RL job responsible for issuing the credits partied a little too hard New Year's Eve and needed to be rebooted (literally). :party:

I did the Radio Loyalty yesterday and was not credited, so I could not do the paid-to-click. I signed in today and still had not been credited. I did my Business Card Transcription task and signed out. When I signed in later, Radio Loyalty credited me for the five I did yesterday and I was able to do the paid to click today, which pushed my total up to $36.98. I don't get it. It is acting a little screwy, if you ask me. Did anyone lose their prior points for 2013? I did, and had to start over earning more points. It is acting slower than usual. ??? ??? ??? :rainbow: :rainbow: :rainbow:

I was having some problems yesterday, I wasn't getting credit for any of my time, but today I noticed multiple credits, so I guess they are fixing the problems.
