i got my very first job, I'm a very late bloomer at 22 but anyways Im being hired for produce so im wondering is it hard to learn? is it easy? did it take you a while to learn? ect
-
Congratulations! The best advice I can give you is keep a positive attitude and accept any knowledge/training that they offer you.
Best of luck and congrats once again.
-
Congrats. You will do great. I agree a positive attitude will go a long way with your boss.
-
It has never taken me very long to learn anything. I prefer to figure it out for myself. One of my former co-workers told me that I am like a kid with a toy. I like learning new things.   :rainbow:
-
Congrats!! You will do well if you show up every day and do your best. That's the best formula for any job. I can tell that you are going to do your best since you are worried about doing well.
-
I think it is nice to have a job, no matter what age you are. I do not like lazy people who do not want to work...
-

Congrats!! I agree with all the comments others have left. You are blessed and very fortunate to have an
income, especially in this economy. If you keep a positive attitude, willing to learn and you are flexible, things
should work out just fine.

Cool congrats on the job.. I'd say just pay attention and don't be afraid to ask questions, no one is perfect when they start out at any job and they know that as well

I think if you put your effort to it you will learn it very quickly. Wish you the best to earn some cash on your job.

I used to work at a grocery store as a cashier. The produce people seemed to like their job. Lots of washing produce, carrying crates, things like that.
-
I think the only hard thing is when lifting make sure you are lifting correctly when you carry stuff because it will put a number on your back if you are not careful. Other then that, congratulations and good luck!
-
Congratulations. IF you go with an open mind and ready to receive instruction, you should be great.
-
Congrats! Good Luck on your new job! :)
-
Good luck at your first job.
I think you will enjoy the independence you get from making your own money.
-
When Walmart first opened I use to get two carts of items for around $100 or so. Now I get two bags full for $100.
Also noticed you have to watch price when items ring up at register, for there are many times they don't change the
price as it should be. Guess they are trying to make up the money they lost when they first open and had deals. I thought they have fallen prices. LOL. Maybe on the sign, but not at the register!
-

Should be easy to pick up on.

I have never worked at walmart but any job at the beginning can be hard just because you simply do not understand the job just try your best and you will catch on. I hate when some managers get annoyed with you asking questions and stuff like hello they just started give them a chance I hope you get lucky with a good manager =)
-
You will do great in the produce department. The fruit baskets will get you angry but once you get the hang of it;you will have no worries :)
-
Congrats and goodluck!!!

I have never worked in produce so I am not of any help with that part of your question. But congrats on getting a job. I know it can be hard to find one this day in age. I hope you get wonderful instruction. I am sure you will pick up everything quickly. Good luck!!
