Where do you go to get the"best" ice cream in your opinion?
-
The higher the fat content, the "better" the ice cream I always say! I like Ben and Jerry's, Baskin and Robbins and Friendly's the best, but Carvel and Dairy Queen softie ice cream is good too. Particularly hot fudge sundaes with nuts and whipped cream. Yummy!
:)

we have the 31 flavors shop. walking distant

I love Carvel....but i actually enjoy going to McDonalds to get a fudge sundae for $1.25......you cant beat the price and its good!!

The best ice cream I ever had was in Kaui, Hawaii called Lapperts.
It's made with pure sugar cane from the island, and 18 percent pure butter fat.
They make the waffle cone fresh right in front of you.

I like carval.

I always go to baskin robbins. or cold stone. LOL! But recently, i've been finding places that sell homemade ice cream on yelp.
-
There are a lot of good local ice cream stands here. Unfortunately, they are seasonal.
-
Ben and Jerry's, of course!
-
I love Baskin Robbins; however, I haven't visited one in years because the small town I live in doesn't have a franchise. My second choice is Ben & Jerrys!
I actually appreciate a good frozen yogurt, too.

I think the best place to get ice cream is at a farm that makes homemade ice cream. You just can't count the calories.

Dairy Queen

-
there are three places - 1. bakin robins, 2. the supermarket, 3. rite aid

My husband loves to go to Diary Queen, I do not like ice cream so I don't know.
-
My husband loves Graeters.

Here in Texas, my favorite place to get ice cream is Braums. They have variety of ice cream and they're so good and fresh.
-
Give me a Carvel banana barge anytime with one scoop each of the soft serve then hot fudge, strawberries, whipped cream and the dark cherries. But I will also eat Brusters and Baskin robbins since carvel is a 30 minute drive for us.
-
I just like going to riteaid to get my scoop icecream like back in the days.
-
I love Cold Stone, like that they mix right in front of you and the choices of flavors are great!

There is a little ice cream place in our town called Rodeo Whip and I believe that the owner still makes all the ice cream and it is out of this world - also they make their own waffle cones and they are very delicious and huge. Man wish I had some way lol to go there right now. :in-love:

Oh how I love ice cream! :) However, with the prices charged at some of the hot spots for cool treats, my favorite place to get ice cream is in my own freezer. When a local store is running a sale on my favorite brands, which are as natural as possible, I enjoy the occasional treat in the comfort of my own home.

I think baskin robbins has best ice cream

FRIENDLY'S! I miss that place so much, wahhhh.
-
I really like Coldstone. Ben and Jerry's is pretty good too!
-
I love custard!! We have a small custard place by me and it is SOOOO good.

When I was a child, my late grandmother would buy the ice cream from the grocery store. As an adult, I can tell you hands down that Baskin-Robbins is the best place to get ice cream. After all, they do have 31 flavors.    :rainbow:

In the Cincinnati area it would be Graeters or Aglamesis. United Dairy has good ice cream too.

I love Dairy Queen.
