i did 1 for a expired drivers licence but it was dropped because i took care of it as soon as i got the ticket so it didn't go against me

Been a while but yeah. I got a ticket when I was going 35 in a school zone when it was school hours. I was rushing to the pharmacy to get my daughters asthma med that I needed for her immediately. Then I was cited for an accident because I was making a left turn, but the person came out of nowhere. But like I said they were a number of years ago (15 and about 7)

Yeah for minor traffic violations. I got 2 over the years. Also got a couple of warnings. lol

When I was 17 I went to my boyfriends parents house an hour in a half away from my home town. I had to work in our small town grocery store for a four hour shift. So I drove back - speeding. And got pulled over. Ticketed. Went to work and after 2 hours they told me I could leave since it wasn't busy. Than I drove back to where my BF's parents. Expensive lesson. I never did it again.

I got a bunch of tickets in my life but it has been a while thank god. The one time, along time ago now, I had to take a
test to keep my license. ::)

lol oh yeah, got two in one night even, that was when I was about 18
That night, one for going the wrong way on a one way street, and then later one for speeding, which I got off of, because someone was chasing us, and the cop stopped us, but let the other car go, and then he threatened to take my drivers licence, and keys and make two young girls, (me and my friend) walk 5 miles home, and it was dark out and raining.
When I told my mom about it, she was so livid, she went down to the police station and raised all kinds of hell, she was like a pitbull that night, talked to the police chief and demanded that the ticket (speeding) be dropped and that if it wasnt, she would have that cops badge. The cop was called in, and my mother even threatened him that if he EVER did something like that, there would be hell to pay. I just knew my mom was going to get hauled to jail, but the Chief was livid as well, and ripped into the officer right there in front of us all, and my ticket dropped.
I know he was doing his job, but he took it too far by threatening to make us walk home, right after someone had been chasing us for miles, if would of been different had he called my mother, or even drove us home, but he was a jerk

I'm 46 and I've never gotten a ticket. I've never even been stopped by the police and asked to pull over. The only time I ever had a conversation with an officer was when I was in the uk. I pulled into a car pack and a police officer who happened to be there asked me if I knew my back light was out. I said no. He just said I needed to get it fixed. It would be a huge deal for me if I were to get pulled over because I would feel so terrible for breaking the law.

I've gotten a couple of tickets, but they were unjust and I fought them, and didn't have to pay.

of course who hasnt, but due to me growing older, I havent got a traffic ticket in 8 years

I have not had a ticket in years, I'm not sure how long it's been....I hope I don't get anymore, the last one was 85 dollars....

I think everyone gets them from time to time. I have had one speeding ticket and three seat belt tickets during my 12 years of driving. I do wear my seat belt now!!!

I gotten a few...one for expired out of state license, speeding tickets and not wearing seat belt

I have never got a ticket for a moving violation but I have received plenty of citations for parking in restricted areas.

Nope. So far so good. I try so hard not to speed or have any problems with my car to avoid these things.

I am almost 71 and have been driving since I was 14 and the only ticket I have had (well 2) was on my 10 speed. I was coming down a hill marked 25 and I got clocked at 35 and ran a stop sign. But by the time the judge got through laughing, he tore it up. Glad I made some one happy.

I have been driving for over 50 years and no I have never got a ticket. Not even a parking ticket. I try to follow the rules of the road and consider my vehicle to be a weapon because if not careful it can kill or injury someone. I also don't keep my cell phone on when I am driving because detraction is what causes accidents.

Yes and I can honestly say I didn't deserve it. Speed trap area and a car flew by me (same color and size sedan) and a cop pulled me over. I tried to explain but since they hear it all, you could tell he didn't believe a word I said. only ticket in 20 years of driving in a known speed trap as well. I have to drive through there everyday and am very cautious, but what difference does it make when you get pulled over for someone elses behavior? sighhhhhh

I got a parking ticket, once. Hubby was caught on camera, ticket came in the mail; it was expensive. I asked if I could make the camera shot blown-up for a poster; and the answer was no on that.

About fifteen years ago, I got a ticket.

So far I haven't been pulled over for anything and I hope it stays that way.

The last actual ticket I got was 26 years ago. My daughter was a baby and was throwing a fit in her car seat in the back seat so I was hurrying to get home. I have been pulled over a few times since then but have either gotten out of the ticket with the officer or was put on the "diversion" program ~ if I was good for six months and didn't get another ticket, it was forgiven. I was good so it was forgiven. Thankfully, I live in a small town!!!

I got a speeding ticket. I don't like riding on roads that are 25 mph. but sometimes I can't avoid them, but that is sooo slow.

Once for speeding. I was upset it broke my record :sad1:

I have gotten a few. One for my headlight being out and another for no seat belt. I also got a parking ticket. I was at a friends and parked on the curb. Apparently it was road sweep day and I had no clue.

A few parking ones and speeding. Nothing too major. My dad though....he once got pulled over in 2012 for speeding in New York state. He got looked up and found out he had tickets from 1989 that he never paid off!

Oh yes, I have gotten tickets. I am glad it has been over a decade since I have received one. Speeding tickets are really expensive nowadays. I am sure that expired tags and inspections are not cheap either. Best thing is to drive legal and at the posted speed.

Never had a speeding ticket but I did get one for parking in a spot for more than 2hrs (my friend was having her baby so I didn't have the time to move it lol) then I slid into the back of this woman's car during the snow and got a ticket, but so did she for not having her hazards on and not actually being off the road.

I have gotten lots of tickets, from underage drinking to seat belt fines, speeding tickets and window tint, but not lately (knock on wood)

I am 42 and I got my first ticket as a passenger. I get really tired and I had a long day going to the doctors and had to do grocery shopping and I forgot to put my seat belt on which was not like me because I was in a car accident in August 2008 and I was wearing my seat belt but it was a serious accident and my husband and I were almost decapitated but I some how turned the wheel and we got hit in the rear which turn my car side ways and the truck in front me i hit his flat bed and shattered the drivers side window. So I always wear my seat belt it was that day I was just tired and in pain with my disabilities.

Tickets? Yes...quite a few. I had one year where I got exceptionally lucky though. I was pulled over at least seventeen times for serious driving offenses. When the officer came to my door and asked why I thought he was pulling me over I was truthful. I was extremely respectful to the officer in every instance. I would say because I was speeding/had failed to come to a complete stop/was driving aggressively. In every instance the office appreciated my truthfulness and let me off with a warning.

i got a fix it ticket. cause i had a cover on my license plate and i didn't know that i wasn't supposed to. LOl!
