Which is better? Requesting payment through Paypal or getting a check? Any thoughts on providing cash cards as payout options?
-
I've used Paypal for my 27 payments. I'd rather not have to wait those extra days for the check to come in the mail then for the bank to clear it
If you want money put on a card you can get a Paypal debit card or do direct deposit. You can do direct deposit on certain prepaid debit cards
-
What type of information is needed in order to have payments placed on a debt card? Do I click on the direct deposit for that?
-
PayPal is much faster and easier than checks.I am in two other sites that only pay by check and I wish they would start using PayPal.

Yes you would need to set up direct deposit on here and would need the account number, routing number, and account type
-
I use Paypal myself. There are a few considerations, with Paypal you get your funds virtually instantly (on the payment date), with a check you have to wait for it to arrive in the mail. On the other hand it may be easier for you to put your cashout check into whatever account you would like versus waiting on Paypal to transfer the money to your desired account.

I have direct deposit since signing up for Fusion Cash. I get my payment within a day or two. It has always been reliable.
-
PayPal is the best
-
I've done direct deposit(which I use now) and paypal, your payment comes within a day or 2 instead of waiting a extra couple days for your check to come in the mail.
-
One nice thing about going the PayPal way is that they have a 1% cashback feature you can activate.
It's not much, but every little bit helps!

it is good to know that Paypal will transfer the payments into another account. I was thinking that you had to spend the money you got through PayPal online if you don't have their debit card.

The 1% cash back feature! how do you activate it and also! is the 1% cash back feature for the actual deposit or is it for amounts that you use online like for purchases?
-
Paypal is better than waiting on a check to be delivered to the house. Why wait the extra days?
-
I have my payments done through PayPal. I only waited a month for the first check, but my latest two checks arrived rather quickly.   :rainbow:

The 1% is for the Paypal debit card and it's only for signed purchases
You can set it up to transfer to your bank account or to a prepaid debit card that has a routing and account number associated with it. It does take up to 3 business days for it to transfer so if that's the route you're going for it might just be easier to just set up direct deposit on here
-
I love paypal, and its so easy
-
I have only done the check once normally I have it direct deposited because it faster
-
I know PayPal is safe and reliable and a faster way to get your money, but I like to receive a check. I like to see in my hand the fruits of my labor.
-
I use paypal for my payment. It quick and it come to my paypal account before the 20th of the month.

I have just verified my paypal account and I'm ready for when I cash out I will have it go to paypal.
Is there a way of transferring the funds to my account that is linked to my paypal account or do I have to get the paypal debit card to withdrawal the funds from paypal??

Once you link your bank account to your Paypal you can transfer money to it. It takes a couple days for that to happen so if you're just going to be regularly transferring the money to your bank account it might just be easier to do direct deposit
-
I do Paypal and when I accumulate a certain amount, I transfer it to my bank. It does take a few days, but it's the most convenient for me so I don't mind the short wait.
-
I think I'm switching to checks because I always get denied for payment pictures when I use direct deposit
-
I receive my payments through Paypal and then transfer it to my bank account. It works best for me because it's convenient and a faster way to receive my money.

It would actually be faster just to do direct deposit and save those few business day it takes to transfer
-
I started out getting a check in the mail but switched to PayPal a few months ago and am so glad I did!
-
I am anxiously awaiting for my first payout via pay pay!
-

If we cash out on the 20th of the month, such as April 20th, with direct deposit should the money be in the bank account within a few days? I am still waiting for the alpha payment.

No. Any payments request during the month would be paid around the 20th of the following month

I agree with this. I've cashed out here three times. I've received two via direct deposit and am waiting on the 3rd later this month. By the 19th or 20th of the month the money is always in my bank account and I don't have to worry about the 3-5 business days it takes to transfer from PayPal to my bank. I guess it all depends on what day the 20th falls on just when it comes into the bank. Since the 20th was on a Sunday last month I got paid on the 18th. I liked that! For me, direct deposit is the best option because it's so much more convenient than having to either actually drive the long distance there to cash a check and it saves the time of going through the Paypal withdrawal process. Less for me to worry about. :)
One thing that I love about FC is that I know for sure when I will be getting paid. I don't have to guess when what I've earned will be available to me as with some other like sites. That is why FC is my favorite site to use. I'm in the process of finishing out and leaving other sites to focus on FC completely.
-
Paypal is much easier and faster.
-
Paypal is the way to go. Much faster in my eyes
-
Paypal seems to be the quickest route but if you don't care about that then I guess its not a big deal.
-
i do paypal, its faster and secure too. ;)
-
paypal has always worked for me with fusion. I just cant upload in that submit box with my old computer and it is really rude that you cant get your dollar if you have an old computer and cant use some submit box when easily you could email your check stub to fusion for the 1 dollar bonus.
-

How old is your computer that you can't upload things? Have you tried using a different updated browser?
-
paypal is the way to go.. quicker and easier.
-
If you would like to get your payment faster use paypal. If you do not mind waiting, ask for a check. I prefer direct deposit.
-
i will wait for a check in the mail i like getting money in the mail.
-
It looks like paypal wins handsdown. I personally love paypal.
-
Paypal is the best!
-
I use Paypal.
-
-PayPal will make the process quicker.
-You also can take a screenshot of the picture and upload it to receive more FC money!
$$ :) $$
-
when f c pays I do a check.
-
I think you will receive your money quicker if you use PayPal. The check would take longer to get to you. I use PayPal and I don't think I will ever change it to any other method.
-
Paypal is quicker vs the pay check is slower. Usually pay check is after the 20th. Paypal is on time or even earlier.
-
I prefer paypal because I know that I will receive my payment 2 or 3 days before a check arrive at my house.
-
I use paypal which is much quicker and easier to manage.
-
i am using check, i dont have paypal account :(
-
Paypal all the way!!! lol :)
-
i am using check, i dont have paypal account :(
It doesn't take that much time or effort to set up an account
-
Actually I do not do paypal or a check, I prefer direct deposit. Everyone will receive their money that they prefer and it doesn't make a difference how you get it.
-
i heard paypal was the best to use so thats what i am using.
-
Fusioncash likes direct deposit the most because it causes less or no fees for them.
-
CHECK ALL THE WAY 100% CHECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Which is better? Requesting payment through Paypal or getting a check? Any thoughts on providing cash cards as payout options?
When I first started with FC, I requested a check. I liked to be able to it to the bank and cash it and be able to share my free money with the cashiers.
I also used to copy the checks and put them on a blog.
Now, I just get Paypal for quicker payments since no one really did much from the cashiers who showed an interest.
-
When cashing out it states that Paypal takes 3 days to receive. A paper check needs to be mailed, delivered, picked up, deposited, wait for clearing and then withdrawal. In the interests of of conservation of precious resources electronically is the way to go. Paypal has a debit card with no fees for charges. You can also transfer your direct deposited funds to your regular bank or debit card account. That would still be sooner than the paper check.

-
paypal is quicker
-
Paypal has my vote because its more convenient and you will receive your money a little faster than a check. I would even do direct deposit before I do a check.
-
I'd rather a check
-
I prefer direct deposit over a check or paypal, but it doesn't make a difference to me how I get paid.
-

I ended up getting paid via Paypal and got their PayPal Debit Mastercard. It's working out really good, money doesn't take long to go in and I have easy access to the money from the debit m/c through Paypal. :)
-
Ive used PayPal since the beginning and really like it. Why risk a check lost in the mail? I guess direct deposit is another way to go.
-
Paypal is very efficient in thier operations, Lets endorse them all the way....
-
havent cashed out yet but i think im gonna go with check
-
Paypal is the quickest and easiest
-
With paypal you get paid usually a day earlier which is a lot nicer then waiting for the cash.Oh yeah if you get paypal or have it get there debit card so you can have the cash right away when you are paid
-
I'd prefer Paypal, I can do more with it than a check.
-
I would say it depends on what you plan to do with the money. If you're going to shop online on sites that accept PayPal do PayPal. I have mine set up to go on a Prepaid American Express card that I used to use to direct deposit my checks and that card is already set up to my PayPal. So if I want I can buy what I want online then spend the rest locally. If I put it all on PayPal it takes 2 days for me to transfer the money to my card.

Or you could just get a Paypal debit card. More stores(both online and physical) accept Mastercard than American Express

I use paypal, but this past month I switched bank accounts and my paypal wasnt verified, so I had to get a paper check and it was here by around the 23rd or 24th, so it was pretty fast too.
-
Can't wait to cash out. Gonna be a while but I'll def use paypal this time around. Only bc I don't have a bank account anymore lol
-

You need a verified Paypal account in order to get paid so not having a bank account could cause some issues
-
I haven't had any problems with direct deposit. I veered away from paypal due to alot of scams I receive. There are prepaid cards that have direct deposit information though if you chose that route.
-
I always prefer Paypal, it's easier than remembering that you have a check coming in (and then having to take it to the bank). At least with Paypal, it's quicker and you can do everything electronically.
-
i think that getting a check is better
-
Is there any fees for payments received through PayPal? I know some survey companies that send their payments through PayPal and PayPal deducts their fees for the transfer. For example, if your payment is $30 you'll receive only around $28. Is it the case with FusionCash?

No. The site only pay out once a month to avoid putting those fees on users
-
I get checks, but I'd rather get it through Paypal except that I don't currently have my account linked to a bank account.
-

Thanks! That's great! Definately choose PayPal then
-
direct deposit is the best way to go 8)
-
I use paypal, it is quickest way to get payment, and then it is easy to transfer to my bank ;D
-
I use paypal. It's easy for me to use and I have no problems transferring money.
-
It's already best to do direct deposit because FusionCash doesn't get hit with fees for sending you money.
-
 I finally got past $30 but it was my 2nd payout, My pay pal would not seem to work on here so i just
used my bank account, and that worked fine. I just don't know how to post my pay outs since i don't get them in check form. I bought my mother flowers with my cash out, but the system said i could not use that to post my payout, still don't understand lots of things on here.
Anyway......My mother really enjoyed the flowers, (She is elderly and lives in a nursing home....poor mom).
I still don't know how to do the $3 a month post. Maybe I will learn in due time.
Thank You Fusion Cash.
Rick ???

You need a verified Paypal account to receive your payment. That means it needs to be linked to a bank account.
To do proof of payment from your bank account you can do a screenshot of your account online of the deposit or take a picture/scan your paper statement. You then have to edit out all personal information

Paypal :dog:
-
I would to recieve a check instead of paypal
-
At first i was using check but not i switched to Paypal and its awesome. compering check paypal is better  :rose:
-
depends how quick you need it. i wait till eom via paper check
-
i prefer check :)
-
Getting paid is a long process!!
-
I receive a check. I don't think that it's easier, but I prefer it.
-
I get mostly checks, but I also have paypal as one of the payment option.
-
My payments are set up through PayPal. Seems like you get paid quicker than waiting for a check in the mail.
-
For me Paypal is easier because I can't get a checking account, so checks are out. Plus I can just move money from paypal to my prepaid paypal card.. Easy peasy..
-
i prefer paypal because i dont like to wait and since im a stay at home parent and have no vehicle i would then have to wait until my husband was available to take me to the bank if i waited for the check. this way i can just direct deposit it and not have to worry about it.
-
I've always been a fan of PayPal, and because I use it ever so often it not just better but it's also convenient for me.
-
Paypal because of how seamless it is. Quick, easy and then a nice transfer to the bank account.
-
Since I'm not sure how pay pal works, I choose to receive a check.
-
I always use paypal. It is the fastest and most convenient payment method. Have a terrific day!
-
I use paypal and I like it. Money goes into your account and is available to spend. Makes sense to me.
-
I use Direct Deposit. It is Free.
It might take a couple of days for my bank
to credit my account, but that is fine with me.
-
I am still receiving my payment through Direct Deposit and it has been awesome.
-
I have done all the payment methods available andd had no problems with any of them. I currently do mine through paypal since I try to use it as a savings. I don't ever take the money out until Christmas or an extreme emergency. This works so well for me, by the time Christmas comes around it doesn't hurt our budget as much since I have money put away from my get paid sites. Works great for me!
-
For me Paypal is the way to go. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with receiving a check, but I just like the convenience of having my payment deposited into my account so that it can be available for me the same day.
-
I did a check for my very first payment, and then switched to paypal and honestly I love it, it is the best decision I made, your money is there on the day they tell you and with payapal's card you can pay almost aywhere.
-
paypal all the way! :)
-
I more like to use paypal. It's easy and fast.
-
I love Direct Deposit.
It is so convenient, that for me,
it is the best way to get paid.
But as usual, it is a matter
preferences.
-
Depend which is easier for you. Check take little more time than paypal. :P
-
I prefer paypal, it's just quicker than check, or even direct deposit. Cash cards would be good, but you would also have to wait for them to get to you. And if you really wanted the cards, couldn't they be bought with the money made through here?
-
I just cashedout by check again.... not really sure why I don't switch FC over to PayPal... guess I juts like seeing those checks come in the mail!

I always get a check. I don't know how PayPal works.
-
i always request a check
-
Receiving check is much easier for me, since I don`t have a paypal account.
-
I have done all, but I now do the PayPal, and I find it the easiest for me, I use it just like a savings account, never take out of it until Christmas unless an emergency arises. Works for me! ;D
-
depends on if you need it quicker.
-
I personally like to have the money deposited into a money market/checking account and earmark that particular sum for transfer to a higher return investment which is a recipe that I have followed since beginning Fusion Cash about six years ago. Paypal is a bit to restrictive, to me, and I would only use it to make on line purchases. Since joining Fusion cash, and learning the value of a penny, I absolutely detest the thought of spending my profits on anything other than another stream of income. I don't like the idea of getting a card for the previous reason and it seems that there is always money left over on the card that you forget about and I hate losing money.
-
I absolutely agree with you about money been left on the card and the we just forget about what this there. I do not like losing money eitherso I get my money deposited into my checking account.
-
It feels very good to have money deposited automatically into your account. You get to watch your bank account increase between logins :)
-
:angel11: hmmmmm... i like getting the checks myself. kinda nice. :moneymouth: honeybunch2
-
Yes, it is very nice when you get your own checks.
-
go with paypal you will get paid faster
-
Paypal is faster than waiting ten days for a check
-
I liked Paypal, but now I'm going to try direct deposit that way it goes right in my account. I won't have to wait the extra days to transfer it from Paypal.
(http://www.fusioncash.net/sig.php/4b3e345ce545.png) (http://www.fusioncash.net/?ref=AnnaKiki)
-
That is why I chose direct deposit myself
-
I set up paypal but still waiting for my first payment so hopefully everything goes through ok :)
-
My checks came fast when I used checks by now I do direct deposits
-
i am receiving a check in the mail yeeeeeeeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Alright, Way to go
-
One nice thing about going the PayPal way is that they have a 1% cashback feature you can activate.
It's not much, but every little bit helps!
(http://www.fusioncash.net/sig.php/876729b48e85.png) (http://www.fusioncash.net/?ref=jgw007) I am not aware of this paypal featutre. I will look into it though.
-
I like paypal my self
-
I have been a member for many years. I have always preferred Paypal.
-
I like direct deposit
-
(http://images.cooltext.com/4131800.png)
-
I think both are pretty easy, but Paypal is faster and allows me to keep up with the past payment history better. I guess it's more about what is best and more convenient for you.
-
I like to receive a check because I get to keep all of the money
-
I have mine direct deposited but i am considering payapal
-
This time since it is my first check,I am getting my check in the mail. Then I can post a picture of the check and get the dollar.
-
Paypal for sure!
-
I use to receive payments by checks, but made a switch to PayPal which I have continued to use.
-
I have never use the a check or paypal for FC
-
Paypal is way better, you can accumulate all your fusion cash and whatever other survey sights your on into one lumpsum and transfer to your bank
-
paypal is looking better than getting a check
-
I use paypal as well, I have never requested by check, I'm sure either one is fine. For me paypal is easier just because I have a lot of other sites and businesses that pay me for work through paypal, but if you dont have paypal and dont want to make an account i'm sure check is just fine. Just keep in mind paypal will be faster
-
Since 2010 for fusion cash payments I use paypal and it works well.
-
I have never request a check form FC either I have use direct deposit
-
When I really started Fusion Cash I tried the Check option. I didnt have paypal account. Now I have one and activvely using it. So, I will prefer to setup my Paypal direct deposit.
It is a comfort to use Paypal, Check you would really have to wait days to get he cheque and deposit and use it...
-
I love using the PayPal option. I get my money before the 20th I don't have to worry about any type of fees and if I need to buy something and I'm between paychecks I can just go to dollar general and use my PayPal there.
-
Using Paypal sounds like a good idea
-
I love paypal option. At first i never used this option. now its so comfortable, especially when u do a lot of online shopping all the online checkouts have paypal option. which is great
-
Paypal definitely. More secure rather than hoping nothing happens to the mail, whether the mail has come yet, etc.
