Why was my may cashout cancelled i have done nothing except try to work on this site and i have got no credit in two weeks
-
Did you have something denied that caused you to fall below the minimum(s)?
-
As a new member I need to understand all of this.
How does that happen and how can it be rectified.
Hope you will get your answer.

You need to have a minimum of $25 to cashout with at least $15 of that coming from offers. If anything is denied and that causes you to fall below either minimum then your cashout would be cancelled
-
Check your email, they wouldn't just cancel your cashout. You should receive an email letting you know if an offer was denied. Like ladavia89 said if you aren't at the minimum you can not cash out.
-
ladavia89 and skippymcnapper, thank you to you both.
You have all the answers.
I could see myself being in that situation,
especially when it comes to email. I lost a few
over the years.
Hope your answers will help.

I have never heard of that happening. You need to look through your acct. at all of your completed offers and make sure that none were denied. Also, if you are over the 180 day mark, you will lose your money. You have to cssh out at leaset once every six months. Hope this info. helps you out. :monkey:
-
I have had this happen, and then because it was cancel some of the credits ended up expiring on me while pending cashout. This doesnt happen often but can happen if you aren't careful.
-
Ouch, so sorry to hear that. Have you got the reason?
I have not had that problem, but last month i got revoked surveys sooo much, i was frustated. I stopped doing FC for about 3 days, now seems like my survey are fine, no more revoke :)
-
How do you know that your May Cashout was cancelled? You must have received an email or notification. What did it say? I have to assume that your May Cashout was cancelled because you fell below the $25 minimum. Offers or bonuses were revoked.
Give us a little more info about what you were told so that we can help you.
???

Wow, never heard of this. Hope you get your answer.
-
that is something I did not experience before and I hope that I never do. I would hate to have my cashout cancelled after all f my hard work
-
aaww no way! that sucks! :-\

well turns out my ipad was saying i was in another country so they refused to pay and i am told dont use ipad we dont have app yet must use laptop, three weeks later thanks good knowing i have desktop two laptops a tablet and a ipad can only get this site to work on the oldest laptop which is a acer 1535 that has windows vista and memory almost full dont know what to do when it crashes
-
Some times the survey companies will not credit you for a survey if they feel you didn't finish it honestly and correctly so that may have caused you to fall below the min required to cash out and you will have to wait till next month i try to get 30 racked up before cash-out just in case that happens.
-
Were you able to get the cashout? I sure hope so, that is just terrible to work so hard and have it taken away.
-
hope that doesn't happen to me this month, but it could. in June I cashed out with just $ 25.22. I usually have $30 or better. It wouldn't take but a little revoked credit to deny my cash out for July. :bad:
-
Good that you figured out what was wrong. Good luck getting you cash out.
-
You can buy a external hard drive to back up your memory. You can get them on sale pretty cheap . Not sure how much memory is on that computer. That way you free up some space.
Good luck.
-
you may have had a survey cancelled, i have had that several times...and even though i got an email telling me it was revoked i had forgotten about it and they took the money back from what i had already cashed out on, leaving me short and not letting me cash out.
-
As tempting as it is to cash out right at $25, probably the best thing to do is build up a few dollars extra just in case. That way if an offer gets revoked you have a little cushion to fall back on.
-
Awwww man, that is really unforunate. I hope you can step it back up and get the money you deserve.
-
My cashout for June was cancelled as well. I had one survey for $1.40 revoked on me and that put me short since I barely was able to go over the $25 cashout requirements. Last month was a rough month for me and I didn't think I would make the cashout. I was thrilled when I finally managed to get there with just a few hours to spare. Looks like I didn't make it anyway.
I find the reasons these survey companies give sometimes as to why they refuse to pay more than a little insulting, if not nonsensical. In all the online surveys I've done, I've only had two revoked to me, this one here at FC and one at another site. The other site told me the reason it was revoked is that my opinions were not what the survey company wanted or expected to receive. Here, there really wasn't a reason given other than that the survey provider deemed I didn't have a legitimate interest, used a pre-paid card or I'd signed up for an offer already. Of those three things, the legitimate interest is the only excuse that would apply to a survey. As I take every single survey I do seriously I find it interesting they would think I had no interest in it. These excuses almost feel like ways the survey company has to get the answers they are looking for but not have to compensated the survey taker, FC and the other site my survey was revoked on. I don't blame FC or the other site for that at all. It's the "provider" who has all the power in that case. It makes me feel like I shouldn't even bother with surveys because if my opinions aren't want the providers are wanting to hear, it won't matter anyway.
But, I am going to deal with my disappointment in knowing that I will have even more money to cash out with next month. :)
Good luck to the OP and I hope you are able to get your cash out straightened out and are able to receive a nice paycheck in August! :)
-
apparently one of the surveys revoke me i didnt leave a app run long enough or something sorry took to long to respond granddaughter dropped my ipad it was in shop and my computer crashed just got a new one but it windows 8 still learning it
-
and yes i was able to get my cashout just had to wait a nother 30 days
-
This happened to me recently.About 2 weeks ago I got an email from FC telling me that a survey I did in August had been denied. This put me below $25 for August and caused my cashout to be canceled.
-

Why won't the site open on your desktop or other laptop? If your memory (I'm assuming you mean the hard drive) is almost full on the laptop you're using, maybe there's programs you can uninstall if you don't use them and other things, like files, that you can delete to give you back some of that hard drive space. I would try to take it under 3/4's full.
-
It is possible they took some credit away from a sign up or a survey so that puts you under the cash out limit and they just don't send you your check. until you reach that 25 again
-
I've never had a problem cashing out. I always try to have at least $1 over the total minimum.
-
Have you gotten ahold of FC about this yet? Or gotten paid (ie, tried to cashout again)? There are a many of reasons it can be denied, and they will contact you directly as to why. Sometimes a credit can be pulled back and will make you drop under the cashout level, and so on. Really hope things turned out because this is a really good site. I've made a lot on here and know you can too! Keep up the work!!
-
yes i finally received payout been trying to get back in groove to work on here just been so dang busy ,getting house ready for newborn, raising 4yr granddaughter
-
:)I am really happy to hear you finally got paid :pumpkin:
-
I am very happy that you got the issue resolved.
You sound very busy. Hang in there, but
do not overdo. I know, easy to say and
so difficult to do.
-
trying to hang in there just seems like there is never enough time for anything
-
If your question was not resolved here with all of these many great answers, which hopefully it was, but if not send a support ticket.
-
yes the support on this site even the other patrons is amazing thank you all
-
You can only work FC on one computer. If you travel, you must use the same computer. I just take an ipad when I vacation so I can't work on FC while I'm gone. You can't switch back and forth between multiple computers at home either. Pick the computer with the newest system and browsers and stick to it!

It's actually that you aren't suppose to use multiple internet connections. If you have multiple computers at home, a laptop and desktop for example, you could use either because you're using the same internet connection regardless. If you have internet from a mobile provider (like a hotspot) you could use your computer anywhere as long as you're still using that same connection
-
wow no way! thats odd :(
-
well so far lately everything seems to be going ok
-
That really sucks. I hope you can get it solved and get the money you deserve soon.
-
any idea why you would not get credit for listening to the radio?
-
It's always good when it gets resolved, just frustrating until that point! :)
-
I hope this turns out okay for you and a lot of the members have already explained the cash out minimums so I just wanted to give you a tip to help you avoid things like this in the future. If you have reached cash out, it never hurts to earn an extra 2 or 3 dollars just in case one of your offers doesn't go through so you can still receive your payment. I've had one of my surveys do this in the past and I was so glad I had extra in my account to cover it! Good luck to you and happy earnings!
-
thank you
