rare medium or medium well or well done my hubby likes everything med rare i have to eat it well done and my kids like it medium well i don't see how my hubby can eat the way he does it look so nasty seeing all that red in meat

not to medium. inbetween well done and medium. some pink showing, not gonna eat blood red meat raw!

I like meat raw to well-done;but. I like my meat to be tender. I have eaten beef tartar, sushi and did love it. Eating raw beef, chicken, fish or pork, health issue possibility, but it just taste wrong; but I haven't really studied on the raw meat recipes that involves pork, chicken, fish; I don't have a microscope to view these tiny critters that renders the victim scared and with-scar. The well-done meat, I slice it thinly. Carnivorous that is me. :kiss:

I like mine medium-rare. The meat is so bad these days, if it's over cooked (and to me over cooked means well done), it's too tough.

I like it medium rare, but ever since I've been watching Animal planet's monsters inside me I am getting myself freaked out over parasitic worms that animals we eat can be a host to and we eat if not cooked throughly, so now I make sure everything is well done. I am still afraid to eat pork because thats the animal its the worst in.

Ok I am in complete agreement with you - I can't eat any type of meat that isn't well done - I don't want to see pink much less red. Everyone else in my family likes it medium and I'm totally grossed out by anything that isn't done all the way through.

I eat it with a fork. I like beef med rare, as it usually comes as med well in most restaurants. But I like my chicken well done also my pork and turkey. I don't much care for fresh water fish. But all of my seafood must be cooked.

I like my beef med well, and my husband likes it medium or med rare.

If I eat meat it has to be well done but not burnt. I usually cook it gradually so it is thoroughly cooked because it is healthier.

Well done, no red showing at all. Can not eat meat that is not done!

I prefer Medium Well .. Just a little bit of pink unlike my hubby who gets his rare

I like mine cooked. Medium-Well to Well done. I used to eat mine Medium rare, not really sure how I managed. Hubby still likes it Medium rare though, yuck.

I guess it call it medium-well. I don't like it *bleep* or red/pink in the middle but I don't want it dried out and burnt either.

well done...no pink at all..my son in law likes his med rare.yuck,yuck,yuck...if that's the way i had to eat it,i wouldn't eat it at all...it's gonna be done..don't care if it's a little overcooked,that's fine..at least i know it will be done..

I can eat it a little bit red or even well done, but when given a choice of how I would want my meat cooked I always say medium

well or well done I cannot eat with ANY pink to me its sooooo disgusting and weird!! I cannot imagine eating i just feel its so gross and unhealthy and ahhh just thinking about rare and pink meat is nasty!!! I dont know how it taste but i sure will never know as i will never try

I think raw meat develops bacteria. Could be me, who knows. I just hate that red blood running on my plate . . . . yeak ! ::)

I enjoy my meat well done, properly cooked not halfway. Anything other than that I cannot eat it.

I like my steaks cooked med to med well. Hamburg always has to be well done.

Usually med rare except hamburger, that has to be cooked done. Lately I don't mind eating meat more cooked than med rare,. :)

I really prefer my meat to be at least medium. Prime rib is the only one I like medium rare.

I don't eat beef any more, but do eat bison. I always prefer medium well, even with tuna steak and chicken. I don't want to see any blood in my meat. It's just not a bit appetizing, but like aggie49, at my house, my husband wants everything medium rare. He does eat beef occasionally, but I just don't understand how he can eat his meat so rare. Sometimes it looks like they just browned the outside quickly, and left the inside raw. Not for me!

Since I was a kid i have always liked my steak to be medium rare, i think the pink juiciness to a steak is the central taste of it. I feel like well done or dried out steaks just have no taste to them.
