My main questions are how do I earn cash from posting forums and do people need to reply to my post in order for me to get rewarded or get cash?

Nope, you don't need to post a topic that has responses, but you do need to make sure you are posting things of value to the forum. Just a smiley face or hello doesn't count, make sure your posts are contributory to the community.

I believe from what i read that the forum posts work like this:
You post at least 30 times in the forums over the course of a month, at the end of the month you will be credited for your posts. Hope this helps <:D

- You must make the posts during a calendar month as measured by FusionCash's official time.

- A contributory post is one that offers some insight, makes people laugh, carries a conversation, provides
information or help, or something along those lines. It's not spam, or an attempt to make money for
oneself, and it's not short or missing content.
Basically, if you post just to meet the 30 post requirement, you wont qualify.
- You must submit the forum bonus request form to receive credit. You can request your bonus for the
current month and for the prior month only.

no, people don't need to reply to your post in order for you to get rewarded. As long as you post at least 30 post per month but contest/promotion don't count toward for the post. Be sure you have to submit bonus request form in order to get your reward. :)

people do not need to reply to yur posts you do all the posting and receive $30 cash out as soon as you have $30 you already have one post

Shanopo, since you are a newbie, I thought I would point out to you that the credit is not done automatically. You have to click on "PaidToPost" at the top of any forum page and fill out the form with the ID numbers of the posts you want to submit as samples of your work. You may already know this, but I didn't want you to be disappointed in case you weren't aware!
