You can simply respond in the quick reply. 

If there are many responses and you want to reply to one particular person, click on the quote link (upper right side of the person's reply) and enter your response AFTER the last quotation mark.
If you respond within the quotation marks, it will be buried in the person's reply and won't be obvious that you responded.  When it's happened to me, I amend my reply by erasing my words out of the quotation marks and enter them again after the final quote mark.

click on quote on your up right hand corner which is the quote Icon(looks like a sheet if paper next to the word Quote). This is the format u get when you do so.Note your question appears above the
