I have a random question here. If an adult is being bullied by another adult in the work place and attempts have been made to stop the bullying but nothing seems to work do you think it is wrong to get the bully on video and post it on youtube. I know this has happened before but it is usually kids. I am not sure what I think. I keep hearing a lot about "shaming" people lately. Not really sure I think that is right but if the victim can't seem to stop the bully any other way do you think it is wrong to do something like that?

yeah video the person and press chargers if he or she has been warned and continues

i agree get proof and have them locked up or just stand up for your self most bullies will back down if you give it right back to them there are talk no action

Human resources is required to look into this. Proof is good but be careful how you go about getting it. Don't put yourself in a position for any repercussions.

If you tried everything else to do and the workplace isn't believing you, then tape it and report it at work~I wouldn't post it on fb to humiliate them....get it on tape though!

I have been standing up to bullies my whole life, when I was young I found ways to deal with it like making friends with bigger guys than them :thumbsup: When I got over 18 I decided I wasn't going to let stuff happen and pursue the right ways to do stuff against them. For the most part it works but unfortunately I have lost jobs because the bullies were in a managerial position or protected by them. :bad:
No matter what if you don't stand up to them in some way they will just keep doing what they want, eventually they will be stopped or realize how pathetic they are and hopefully stop and I don't hesitate to point that out to them :thumbsup:
