Title: Alternative to Snaggy?

I've spent a couple of hours trying to figure out how to submit a screenshot of my payment.  I know how to get the screenshot, but don't know how to edit out my personal information without using Snaggy.  I've used it before and it worked, but today, the "pasting your image" screen just spins forever.  I don't know if I am doing something wrong, or if the problem is with Snaggy.  Is there another method of editing out your personal information from a screenshot on a Mac?  I need help!

I use my PAINT software, but I'm using Windows 7 on a PC.  Don't know if you have PAINT on a Mac.

Thank you swogden.  Your comment put me on the right path.  I actually downloaded an app similar to paint for my mac after reading this, to see if it would work, but it didn't.  I finally hit on the right search (how to black out text in Screenshot images using Mac).  I discovered that the Mac comes loaded with that capability in "Preview."  Then it was just a matter of going through the directions, and I think I made it work. Is there a thread that shows your submission while it is pending?  If not, I guess I'll find out if I get my bonus.  Thanks for acknowledging my problem and giving me a suggestion.

I use the paint software that came with my windows 7. IMO it is much easier than snaggy,
