How can i help my high blood pressure problems ?
-
eat healthier foods not fried or greasy foods i have high bp to
-
You should go to the doctor, you might need meds.
-
Depends on what is causing blood pressure problems. Reduce stress. Lower your salt intake. Limit greasy fried foods. Avoid red meats.
-
Mild, daily exercise...on a consistent basis. Meds (make sure you take them if the MD prescribes; I know several people who stopped for several months and one had a stroke and the other was hospitalized); look up and follow a heart-healthy diet; decrease and manage your stress best as possible; watch your salt intake; if you are very overweight, you need to try to lose some pounds...it's all critical. I have some medical background and I've seen the result of people not doing what is needed to try and manage blood pressure. Aging will not help it out. Oh, and if you smoke, you need to try hard to stop.
If you think about the consequences of not managing it, it may help put things in perspective. Try hard and good luck to you.

i would say check with your dr. but change in diet, exercise, and managing stress are good places to start i'd say

Don't eat anything with salt to much and try to calm yourself down.
-
eat healthy, reduce stress if prescribed medication take it, exercise.
-
have physical done with your dr. then he/she can direct to either medication, healthy eating, excrise in other words your doc. can develop a plan for ur high blood pressure issue.
-
Go to a doctor don't take medical advice on a message board.
-
Stop eating so much salt on or in your food. I have to tell my spouse that everyday.
-
Absolutely check with your Dr. Heart issues are not to be trifled with. A healthy diet and exercise are good for anyone. Ask your Dr about exercising as you don't want to over do it but still need to do enough to be beneficial.
-
Make sure that your doctor is aware of this and gives you meds if they are needed. Another thing is eating healthy and exercising. I recently discovered coconut milk which lowers it as well. Be sure to stay in tune with your doctor and google to see if you can find helpful advice.

Do a search in Google for alternative medicine/therapies for high blood pressure (I'm assuming you're referring to high blood pressure.)
I have this article I've been saving for my mother (she has HBP) and it says to try aged garlic extract, black tea, cinnamon, hawthorn, magnesium, omega fatty 3 acids, resveratrol, vitamin c.
So maybe start Google-ing all those things and see what you come up with.

I have blood pressure problems and I take medication to control it.
-
I have high blood pressure but low heart rate - I take a blood pressure pill and I take a beta blocker for heart beat issues. I am trying to walk a little despite disability and I try to eat healthy as I can but I believe stress in my life hampers my bp from getting much better. Good luck to you - there are supposedly some natural substances that might help.

Are you taking medication to manage your blood pressure? Often times, a person needs to increase the potassium in their diet to bring blood pressure down. If we eat out or consume processed foods we end up with plenty of sodium. Sodium and potassium work together but it's possible to experience an imbalance of too much sodium-not enough potassium. Just a suggestion from someone who understands health and nutrition.

I think it has all been covered here. Most important - SEE YOUR DOCTOR.

Limit the amount of sodium in your diet and also exercise
