So yeah, I just opened some mail today and a $5 bill fell out. I'm pretty sure it's from an offer I did on fusion cash. The letter was from Consumer Opinion Institute.
Anyone else had the same luck?

Whoa!! that's weird! When I got home tonight, I checked my mail and just threw it on the counter without looking at it. When I read this, that name sounded familiar and I went and looked there was mail from Consumer Opinion Institute and yes it did have a $5 bill inside of it!! That was cool :)

Why can't I ever get that lucky?! The most I've ever gotten is magazines, and offers for people that smoke although I always answer that I do not smoke...why do I get that stuff? Why don't they send me $5 bills too?!
On another note though, the $5 (Consumer Institute?) was it something that you had to pay for or just do the surveys?

I got mine too. Hopefully I can get through the survey in about 10 or 15 minutes and then send it back. All of these different survey companies and names all start to sound alike. It is hard to keep some of them straight.

......I got one of the same surveys, I almost thru it away untill the 5 dollar bill fell out of it. I did the survey and mailed it in but I wonder how many of the envelopes containing 5 dollar bills got thrown away? :dontknow:........it just goes to show you that you should ALWAYS check the contents of EACH envelope that is mailed to you. LoL

It had a survey with it. Normally I probably would have just thrown it away in my junk mail pile!! I also wonder how many got thrown away. I did the survey, who knows? maybe they wil send more $$ :)

yea after i got my survey and 5 dollars i looked them up. they will send a new survey by mail or email 1 or 2 times a month. im not sure if the next mail i get will have 5 dollars in it or if i have to complete the survey.

I got this also. Sometimes you sign up for some of these sites that are just junk or they expect you to do surveys for nothing. It was a nice surprise that this will be an ongoing project and that it pays. I changed my e mail address with them to a non junk e mail address! I use one e mail address for all survey sites to keep them organized.

I got my survey with $5 cash yesterday. It was definitely a pleasant suprise when what looked like a $5 bill WAS a $5 bill. I filled out the survey and sent it back right away hoping they send more. What an incentive! Actual cash IN ADvance! I had heard about this happening but didn't think I had been with them long enough.

It said in my welcome email that "typically a cash reward for completing the survey is enclosed with the survey packet"
that is a good incentive to me!! I like cash $$ :-)

yeah i got this the other day too, i was shocked to see $5 slide out when i went to open it. did the survey and sent it out. hopefully i get some more in the upcoming weeks/months

Got mine today! I was so excited. The survey took a while to complete, (though that could also have had to do with the puppy trying to nom on me while I was filling it out), but for $5? Totally worth it. I can't wait to get another survey from them. :'D

Yeah I got this one too. I filled out the survey and had to skip some questions cause it told me to. Then the day after I send it back, I get a card telling me to please don't skip questions # so and so and sorry for the inconvenience. Well too late, but thanks for the 5 dollars.

Yep! I got the $5 the other day. I filled out the survey and am mailing it out tomorrow. I'm thinking that they will "trust" the people who send the surveys back and we will have the opportunity to earn more money. Guess my guard is down with that company... I trust them now ;p

I got that too. I'm a member of their survey site. They say on there that they send those every month or so as well as email invitations to surveys. I've done a couple of those too. They won't always send cash (usually $1 to $5), and when they don't, you'll get credit on the site when you send it back completed. I figure it's better to send that first one back if you want to get more.

I got that last week too. I almost fainted! I got the card AFTER I mailed in my completed survey too. I was so excited I sat rght down and completed the survey and took it to the post office the same day. I guess I will wait a few days next time lol. :thumbsup:

I got another $5 payment from this survey group today AND a survey invitation that I completed via email. I expect to receive another $5 in 2 to 3 weeks! I am really glad I signed up for this offer. IT ROCKS!!! If it is still available and you have not signed up, I really recommend that you do! In addition to $5 CASH payments you are also entered to win one of three $500 payments, but I can't remember how often those are dealt out. Yeah I got this offer too. I was going through my mail, opened the enevelop and a $5.00 bill fell out. My husband said, "Did that just fall out of there?" I told him yes. I quickly completed the survey and got it mailed out. That was awesome.

I used this payment to buy the dog some new treats. It may not sound like a lot to get $5, but in this economy it all adds up quickly! If my calculations are correct I have now gotten $20 in unexpected cash in a month. I know the dog really likes his new treats too, so it is a win-win situation for everyone!

I also did the consumer Opinion Institute offer here, and I'm glad I did. I just got my second survey with another 5.00 bill. I like to be paid cash in advance, so I don't have to wonder if I'll ever get paid for my time. I also like doing written surveys, so I don't have to do them all in one sitting like on the computer.

i think i got that survey too! at first i thought that it wasnt worth it for just $5. the print was way tiny and it was like 23 pages long. but then i remembered that there were times when i got $5 and a survey that only had like 5 question on it so i figured it all balances out in the end! and i too have gotten $20 in a month, which is just enough to cover the cost of diapers. not bad for a walk to the mailbox and 10 minutes of checking off boxes and sticking it back in the mail! ;D

i think it depends a lot on where you live. i live in southern california so i signed up and it was about 10 days before i got my first survey (and $5 bill). but my cousin lives in pennsylvania and she got her first survey a mere 4 days after signing up. so just be patient! and be careful to not rip up any mail without looking at it first- i had to tape my first $5 bill back together because i had forgotten all about this offer and just ripped up the envelope with the junkmail ;D

lol..I got that survey in the mail this weekend too and its tiny and I have perfect vision. Gave me a headache I had to do a little at a time and take breaks because it was so lengthy. Its allways a nice suprise to get cash in the mail :)

This site is FRAUD!!! I had requested my check in November and never received it. I had to wait 6 months in order to re-request it. I did so in july and was told it was resent, which I still haven't gotten it! This site is nothing but fraud! It takes advantage of people trying to make a little extra money! I plan on telling every one I can about this friggin site! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!

then they're putting a whole lot of effort into this fraud. i mean, look at the many people with banners that say they've received so much money. and then there's a whole forum thread full of pictures of their checks and then even more posts about what they bought with their payments. that's a whole lot of effort to put into a lie, huh?
maybe you should've considered asking for a paypal payment or direct deposit because checks really do get lost in the mail.
then again, at this point, if i worked for fusioncash, and saw all your negative posts and false claims of fraud, i wouldn't exactly be rushing to get your check out to you!

people here enjoy discussing about their great luck for receiving the cash for the survey but they dont like telling others where they got it. ive seen people ask all the time but the ones who have been paid for it don't ever give you any info on how to get the same credit. :)

I do not know if the offer is still available. We also know that we cannot post links or refer people in the forum because it is against the rules. I suggest you look through the offers and see if there are any sugn ups for surveys left. If there are sign up for them all and hope you get the same one we found.

I got a survey in the mail, & I'm pretty sure it was from them, but I had no $5 :'( I searched through that envelope. I did the survey & will send it back tomorrow & see what happens.

I get these kind of frequently now! I got one a week ago and I got one about a month before that. There are some that send you $1 or a $2 bill, too. I don't know how I got signed up for them, but I'm sure it has something to do with all the surveys and stuffI do online!

I had another online survey today from Consumer Opinion Institute worth $5. I had one about a month ago and they sent me the $5 in the mail. That is the 4th time I've got got $5 from Consumer Opinion, 2 mail surveys and 2 online surveys. I love giving my opinion for money :notworthy:

About four or five years ago I used to get surveys in the mail with anywhere from $1 to $5 included and I got them regularly the same company has a website for online surveys and i joined and certainly don't make as much now as I did back then because most of the surveys I try to take and then I don't qualify for them.

They sent $5 to me twice. If you send the survey completed back to them, they'll send you more money.

I have gotten a few of these. The last one was $15. The survey was kind of long but I will always do my best on them because I really appreciate the fact that they pay me beforehand.

I don't ever recall it being an offer on FC although they may have got the info from one of the offers or other survey sites that I signed up for but there was never an offer to send money like that. :dontknow:

I get those about once a month, however, this time I noticed that it had a $2 bill in it. Guess I got a pay cut! I live near Myrtle Beach, the golf capital. Therefore if you have golfers, unfortunately you have strip bars. I worked at a golf course for years and we never wanted to touch the $2 bills because that is what they circulate at the strip clubs. Thinking of where it had been always made me queasy!

Yeah I love consumer opinion institute. Sometimes the surveys are long, but you don't have to do it all in one sitting. On average they send one a month however last week I got 2 surveys in one week! One had a $5 bill in it, the other had a $2 bill because it was a shorter survey. It always seems to come when I really need 5 bucks lol I like to show it off to people in my house im like, "Look what i got in the mail today!" lol im lame

Just got mine in over the wekend. I think this is the 3rd or 4th since I've started. They do take a bit of time but that $5 is verry nice reward and a nice surprise!!

It comes in a large envelope. I imagine many $5.00 bills were tossed! It comes regular mail, but I am not sure what big mail is? HTH

I filled out the survey they sent me and sent it back next day(took me roughly 20 minutes to do the survey)so hopefully I continue to get them in the mail and often :D

Not to mention it only took me about fifteen minutes or so to fill out and seal it into the envelope, so $5 for fifteen minutes of work, is a great deal in my opinion!

The survey I got was easily 15 to 20 pages of rows and rows of boxes to check. I am not sure if this is the same one that you got, but the one I had took way more time than 15 minutes. I broke up the time, but it was easily well over an hour to finish it. I generally enjoy surveys and do not mind doing them for extra cash, but these are at least somewhat taxing and tedious to complete. I think that the $5.00 is kind of a low amount for the work involved.

Wow you did yours really fast. It took me at a good hour to answer the questions, even though I am a very fast reader. How did you get your survey done so fast? I even felt like I was rushing somewhat and did not always check all of the boxes I could have or should have.
