Title: What's your favorite X-Mas movie?

a christmas story is one of the BEST, of course!

I also like The Nightmare Before Christmas, but I think of it as a halloween movie rather than a Christmas movie but I watch it on both holidays. :thumbsup: ;D

wow! i'll have to check that out. TKAM is my favorite
movie of all time, and i also love the book. when i learned
that dill was based on truman capote, i was enthralled!

i loved capote and catherine keener was of course
a perfect harper lee! maybe i'm biased though, as i do
love keener is everything she does...

i think i loved in cold blood even more, though.
i've always wanted to read the book, too.

i'm looking up a christmas memory right now :D thanks!

So funny... my husband says the same thing!! I love Christmas movies... all of them almost!! My favorite is probably the newer version of Miracle on 34th Street or A Christmas Story!!

vacation with chevy chase. This is a very funny movie and if you haven't seen it even though its not the
holiday. If you get a chance watch it, you will lobe it and it will be so much funnier when the holidays get here.

My favorite if i had to pick just 1 would have to be National Lampoons Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase. Who could forget this in the movie:

"Hey. If any of you are looking for any last-minute gift ideas for me, I have one. I'd like Frank Shirley, my boss, right here tonight. I want him brought from his happy holiday slumber over there on Melody Lane with all the other rich people and I want him brought right here, with a big ribbon on his head, and I want to look him straight in the eye and I want to tell him what a cheap, lying, no-good, rotten, fore-fleshing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dog-kissing, brainless, d**kless, hopeless, heartless, fat-a**, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed sack of monkey s**t he is. My favorite Christmas movie is the Christmas Story. Ralphie reminded me of my oldest grand son when he was around 8 years old of course they don't small for very long. I also love the scene with the prize lamp.
