How long does the payment process take

If you request payment at any point of the month you'll get paid around the 20th of the following month

I requested my 1.00 picture payment proof on 9.19.14 and still says pending. I guess I will submit a ticket.

It usually takes around 45 days to receive

Like ladavia89 said, payment proof picture bonuses are not on the same time-line as account cash outs are as far as when it credits your account.

:kiss:  Although I haven't received a payment yet, I understand that the payment process on Fusion Surveys is much quicker and better than other survey sites. Thanks  Val Hawes at vhawes1@shaw.ca

Please, please make sure your Paypal account name matches your Fusion cash profile! It happened to me and one other person that I know of. I didn't realize that I didn't change my name on Paypal when I got married, it hasn't been a problem with any retailers, but it does here! The 1st month they paid me anyway and then they noticed. Now I can't cash out because of it, even though it was resolved on my end almost a month ago!  This is the second time they refused my cash out, don't let this happen to you!
