i always fast forward them they are so stupid if i see one i like i will watch but i swear there are more commericals then regular tv it is crazy

If I watch TV at all, it's usually Netflix and they don't have any commercials.

Trouble I have with commercials is that the networks repeat them until I'm sick to death of them, so--if I'm not checking other channels I'll zone out on those.

There some i like seeing there others that make no sense at all and i flip the channel or just sit there and laugh

Ain't THAT the truth! What I can't stand even more than the commercials is that they keep showing the same ones over and over and over again at every break! It's as if they want to DRILL it in your head! I swear an hour show only truly runs about 25 minutes. I remember the day when cable had no commercials. Now, it's just as bad as watching a local TV channel - SPAM, I say, SPAM, that's what we're paying for!

I agree! Commercials have gotten way out of hand, take up way to much viewing time, make zero sense, and aren't most of us paying cable or other tv services so why are we to be irritated with all the ads they show! And the volume always goes up when the ads come on, which brings irritation to a whole new level. We live in an ad-filled world.

I like commericals that are catchy and make me laugh

I mute commercials or turn the channel.

I do not like commercials because they are trying to sell you something you do not want or need.

I usually fast forward all the commercials. There are just too many of them.

The commercials are so important now,they won't even let you fast forward them on On Demand!

I watch some of them. I agree some of them are stupid. But some are pretty funny.

I use commercials as my time to leave the room.

Typically when I am watching TV I will pick up my book I am reading and read during the commercials. If I have recorded a show I will fast forward past them.

Some commercials I like it just depends on the commercial. If it's one I don't care for I turn the channel and return to it when the commercial is over. :)

I usually skip the commercials but every now and then there is commercial or movie trailer that catches my eye.

We don't have TV in the house. We have lots of monitor though. We watch our movie through netflix, hulu, and amazone prime and there are no commercials on those.

I seem to tune them out. or every time one comes up I get up and move. Most of them are just junk to me.

If the commercial was short to the point and honest i don't mind. When commercials repeat over and over again i question there honesty am i really going to get that or get that for this price because then it feels like there trying to hard to sell over the idea of the items there promoting.

I do watch them if it something interesting. If now I'll go somewhere until the commercial is done.

Most radio stations are the same way. I just flip channels to avoid them. They play the same commercials over and over again or they wouldn't be quite so horrifying.
There are some commercials that are really well done, like AT&T with the guy and the kids, but most are just mind numbing. :silly:

No. I hate commercials. They are always at a louder volume than the tv shows, they show the same ones OVER AND OVER AND OVER... I only watch them during the Super Bowl :D

I too tend to fast-forward through them if possible. But I also tend to watch On-Demand, which prevents you from using fast-forward. Actually On-Demand irritates me more than the ads, since in addition to preventing you from using fast-forward, they also prevent you from using pause or rewind; I can understand it preventing a person using fast-forward to skip the ads, but see no logic in preventing the other 2 (esp. since it may cause the person to rewind through a commercial that the person would have to view a 2nd time).

If I am watching a show, yes I do, but sometimes I either walk out the room or fast forward if it is recorded.

All I do is watch tv so watching the commercials is something I don't mind. I recently started watching Netflix myself but there are not that many good movies on there.

I've always loved commercials...advertising/marketing would have been a possible career choice.

commercials aren't so bad but dvr is always great especially when u can ffwd the commercials lol

nope, I do not watch the commericals anymore, I DVR everything so I pretty much just always fast forward through them

Some of the commercials have been played for so many years its ridiculous.

I have basic cable and no dvr. no way to fast forward thru those annoying things. frustrating but I try to zone them out.

I normally dont. i usually change the channel and see if anything else is on; but it's also a good time for a break.

I switch between shows while commercials are on.
