I have gone to the OTX site many times and each and every time it tells me i qualify for a short 20 minute survey then i click next and it tells me i dont qualify?????? has anyone actually done a survey there lol

Yes I qualify every other day, but I do use a different e-mail address everytime I take one of their surverys

No. You don't have to use the same e-mail address that you signed-up for fusioncash because you will get a lot of SPAM. Everytime you do one of those OTX surveys use a different e-mail address ( I have like 5 that I rotate) and before you start each survey you clear all youe cookies/cache. I use CCleaner to clear my cookies (free to download, no adware).

I finally qualified for and got credit for one of those last night after a week of not getting anything, just when I was getting ready to say the heck with it lol

OTX is a hard one to qualify for but I have done it many times over the years. It is a first come first serve since they only take soo many people from each needed demographic.

I had never qualified to take an OTX survey until today. I qualified for a 30 minute survey. It explained that I was not to be the one to answer the questions, but the answers should be from my son. It asked if I agreed to allow my son to take it. I went into his room and asked if he would like to participate and he agreed. So he sat down and I clicked "Yes, proceed to survey." He was all excited to do a survey. Low and behold the next screen said I did not qualify. That made me look like I was a fool! How on earth is this possible???

With OTX it is entirely possible! I fell for this about three times, which is three times too many! I stay away from OTX. I do not have the patience or time to be rejected constantly. I only do the my 2 cents surveys.

I've had that happen before also. Where it says I qualified, I took a 10 minute survey, and then "sorry you don't qualify blahblahblah". But there have been a few times that I did actually get credit for doing their surveys. None recently though.

yeah i qualified for it before (like yesterday) and sometime i havent (like today). i have had what you said happen to me multiple times, it really makes me mad. its like hey you qualify then you go to take and bam sorry now you dont qualify

I agree with the spending twenty minutes asnswering questions and when they get the info they want they pull a "I'm sorry..." I FINALLY got accepted so lets see if I get credited.

No, actually you get zero spam from OTX and the changing emails is only for the offers, not the dailies. You're supposed to use the same email for the dailies.
Rotating emails will get you banned on Greenfield(My2Cents). I don't know about OTX. But I wouldn't push it.

I can get a survey most days just have to keep clicking the try to qualify for another survey button.

Even though the OTX ones are a bit difficult to qualify for, you at least know when you get through the pre-qualify questions and start the actual survey. Once you're in, you rarely (if ever) get launched out of it. The my 2 cents survey's are the one's that frustrate the hell out of me. You never know what question is going to drop you out, and can spend quite a bit of time answering questions only to be ejected after 10 minutes of clicking....

i actually have done some in the past. but lately i have not had any luck with the otx surveys, havent been qualifying no more, oh well, better luck next time. :bunny:

You know what I think is funny about the whole OTX survey thing is that I get surveys for them all the time in my inbox. They come from other survey sites I belong to. The only time I have ever been unable to compete a survey through OTX is here in FC. How bizarre is that. I wonder if they have different standards here in FC? I know the surveys are not the same as in the emails I get. It's crazy if you ask me.

My Thought Counts has been *very* hard to qualify for for the past month. I continually "pre-qualify" for some kind of cell phone survey, but whenever I click the button to proceed to the survey it tells me I don't qualify. Nuts to that.

Sometimes it won't qualify me for a few days then it works for a few days. You've just got to keep trying.

Well it's the qualifying that's the hard part really. I guess they don't want just any 'ol persons opinion lol. I find it can go good on the first try, or it takes me quite a while to qualify (sometimes I'm not able to). It all depends on how many people in a certain demographic have already qualified, and if you fit the bill...

OTX is much harder to qualify for than my 2 cents, but keep trying. I didn't qualify for any for like a month. I finally qualified yesterday and the survey only took about 10 minutes. Great way to earn a dollar!

i haven't been able to qualify for any of the surveys either. glad to know i'm not the only one. based on the other posts i'll keep trying. but this offer is by far the most time consuming that has gotten me no where thus far :BangHead:

I've qualified a couple of times for OTX, but I've "not qualified" way more. But at least with OTX, if you do get past the pre-survey, 99.999% of the time you're golden, and don't have to worry about getting kicked out of the survey half way through.

It happened again today. It said I qualified and I took about 15 minutes of the survey and it said I did not qualify for the survey. So basically I spent about 20 minutes qualifying for a survey??? I am not even going to attempt OTX anymore. Something is obviouskly wrong with their system.

I've qualifed for some not all. it's takes a lot of tries before you actually get points for their surveys.

yep! i think i know how you can get the credit for the daily surveys.
what i did was i looked at the requirements carefully, it said complete A survey, not THE survey. so when i clicked the link and dint qualify for the survey, when it said choose a "different survey?" i pressed that and tried another one. and when i dint qualify i tried a different survey again. i tried around 3-4 times before i got a survey i could qualify for. and i did. then i left the page up for 10mins after i finished the survey,(was watching a video's on you tube in the meantime lol) then i checked my email, and i received credit! :3

I actually jus qualifed for and complete one, huzzah. It's a real pain.
