Depends, if I have some extra cash, and the weather is nice I might stop at a few. Auctions I dont care for, as I dont have alot of money, and sometimes people just like to bid just so someone else cant have something, and you end up paying too much lol

I like going to a yard sale, but I don`t buy a lot of things that I don`t need, we already have bunch of things in our house that we don`t really need, don`t  wanna add some more.

I like too go, but a lot of times they have the same thing I need to get rid of. I am always on the look out for items I can use in my crafts. Other wise I don't buy much. Hubby is always  on the look out for antique fishing lures. Too me they are all just lures. But he knows. It is just a way for me to be out and about sometimes, and to visit with people I know. I was gone from here for 30 some years, and it is always a surprise to run into old classmates.

I thought that too about auctions until I started going and then I figured that sometimes you get a lot for pennies on a dollar

i dont deliberitly plan on going yard selling, but if i pass one that looks interesting then i will stop.  i like estate sales and flea markets, i love finding little treasures. i have an antique doll and toy collection appraised at over 10,000 and i only paid about 1 thousand.

I love yard sales. We have a community rummage every May and my family walks the whole thing. We bring home a lot of stuff.

I have never been to a yard sale. But where I live there is hardly any of them. It's not easy to find them in the city here. But I always wanted to go to a few.

We have a community garage sale every spring and I participate in that.  Usually make a couple hundred bucks getting rid of stuff I don't want.

I use to but don't any more.  I have more clothes than I can ever wear and don't really need anything.

No not really.  Clearance sales at big chains offer new stuff for a dollar or two..so why buy used?

Honestly, I don't go to them.  I have enough junk already and over the past year or so I have made an effort to get rid of some of it.  I feel much better with less stuff and more organization!!!!

I love garage sales and have picked up some really great deals from them. I picked up a brand new, still in its packaging, Orgreenic saute pan for $4 and a really great quality two-seater camping chair for $10 in almost perfect condition. I also picked up a very sad looking Christmas garland for 50cent, I say sad because it was devoid of any pine cones or Christmas ornaments. I have spent time adding the most beautiful collection of different varieties of pine cones and now it looks gorgeous! It only cost me the original 50cent to make! Happy times.

I love yard sales! Never really looking for something specific because then I end up spending too much time and effort searching and often it's not really worthwhile. However, sometimes I find really cool books or trinkets for a steal!

Usually it's fun to go to "yard sales" but one must keep in mind you are looking at things someone else doesn't want anymore so they may not be worth too much.  On the other hand, there have been incidents of finding many unique treasures at such event - same with "estate sales".  I think estate sales are a whole lot better for antique finds.

I love yard sales both to sell the items I no longer want and to get good deals on items I am looking for.

I love yard sales but haven't been to one in about a year. But I got many good things from those sales that I still have now. One day I will go again probably this spring when they start again.

I use to go to garage sales.  Now days I just don't want anything else that needs to find a place in my home.  It is crowded enough and I feel like everything has to have a place  ::)

I never go to yard sales or auctions.  I have no desire to buy someone's used items no matter what kind of bargain it is.  When I buy something I want it to be new.

Used to love to. But weaned myself off them, was spending way too much money on stuff I really didn't need. I'm all about the impulses I'm afraid. :P

i love yard sales and we usually have one of our own each year.  it is a great way for me to get clothing for my kids at cheap prices.
