Does anyone one else open up their house on a breezy day and just let the air flow on through the house ?
I find it is a whole lot easier than running the ac on a beautiful breezy day.. Let me tell yah i live on the hilltop and not many days are without wind.. Which is actually good exept when it starts hitting the colder months... You know it can make it feel so much colder with the wind.. I Natraully love the colder weather however most of my family does not..So airing out the house in winter is never a good idea Although i really wouldn't mind yah know ;p

I do it every day. I got to have a fresh clean aired place.

I live in PA, and today's temps were in the low 20's and it was snowing, so no I did not air the house out. But I love March, when the weather gets warm and you can open the windows and let the fresh air in.

yes I love doing that in the spring and early summer

When the wether's nice I love to have the back door open. My kitties do too. They "hunt lizards, grasshoppers and toads through the screen. ;D :cat:

When the weather is nice, I like to air out the house, but not during cold winter months when the heater is running.

I like open windows in the spring and summer and fall......
WINTER is not a good time! Temps now are in the single digits with windchills getting down to 30 below.
I hate going outside, much less opening a door or window!

We do that every time its anywhere from 65 to 80 degrees outside. Love having fresh air going through the house and getting the musty smell that comes from windows and doors closed all the time!

I live in the Florida panhandle. During the spring and fall I love to have the doors and windows open. Too hot in the summer and I freeze in the winter.

I live in Boston and if I did that now EVERYTHING would freez, however I do it in the spring and summer :)

Yes. I like to air out the house. But today we have a wind chill factor of 30 below. So the house is closed up tight and the furnace is running.

family does it once in awhile just to get the House some air in so it wont have so many dam dust.

Nothing smells better then opening up the house at the crack of dawn to get that clean air smell. But in our part of the country we have so much dust. Maybe since we have finally had some rain and snow the dust will lie down this year, Sure hope so.
