allowed me to complete a survey and promise to do 3 more when I order pizza this month. took my name address and email and did not even credit for completing the food study survey.
the survey page ended in Thank You!

This happened to me also. I completed the survey and did not get credit. Today I got that email about participating in the pizza study.

I alerted Fusion Cash to this matter last month.. and I was sickened today when I received yet another survey and it became apparent it was the same sham..
Same deal.. provided personal info.. never compensated..
Its sad to see Fusion Cash allowing them to continue especially after so many were burnt last month..

I did a survey about a month ago and at the end of the survey it said "thank you for supporting your charity" and I got nothing for that 45 minutes and still didn't have enough pennies for PTC! Excuse me what charity??

I'm not a fan of Gongos. If I start a survey and notice that Gongos is the one hosting it, I just close out. :bad:

Support was somewhat nasty to me. Sure didn't expect that. I use to really love this site but certainly not feeling the love with this response.. Stinks considering I have devoted multiple blog and reddit posts praising Fusion Cash and now I feel somewhat foolish having referred dozens of people to the site. Horrible response from support in fact now I don't even care about not getting paid? Its the response that has my attention. Geeesh I will be cashing out this month and just move elsewhere with my efforts. Totally unprofessional
< If they do not pay you/us then they do not use your information because they only pay for information they can use.
If you are unhappy with giving out your information then you probably should focus on other ways to make money.
You are not "owed" anything, as defined in our Terms of Service. >

I did the survey for the pizza community on another site and was credited for it. I get at least one email a day from the pizza community reminding me to take the survey when I eat pizza. I'm beginning to feel like I need to eat pizza nonstop just to comply with this community. lol
I'm sorry you received such a reply, paulann1212. That last line is what stings the most in that reply, IMO. The reply most definitely could have been worded in a much more respectful manner.
Like moomoofarm, I am not a fan of Gongos. There are two online communities that I became part of due to surveys here on FC and both of them use Gongos. One of the communities, everything works wonderfully and I've never had a problem. The other, as long as they do the surveys that are posted in the forum that require a poll type answer and then a posted answer to further explain why you made the choices you did in the poll things work great. But when they put the Gongos surveys up I have trouble every time. I get 50-75% of the way through them and they tell me they are over quota or that I don't meet the demographic. I've had a few of them let me get all the way to the end and then tell me they are over quota. When I said something about how I am constantly disqualified after taking most/all of the surveys on the community forum (others were complaining, too), I received a private email from the woman who moderates the forum telling me I was not allowed to say anything on the forum that might in any way discourage any other members from participating or expressing their opinions and that I should have known better than to do that in the first place. I'm no longer a member of that community.
When I took the surveys here to get into those communities, I had to take the survey here and then they sent me an email where I had to click on a link and create my community profile before I was credited on FC for the surveys. I did that for both but one credited and the other didn't. When I emailed FC about it I was told the problem was because I took the survey in Chrome and clicked on the email in Firefox. Maybe so but I found it odd that one credited and the other didn't and I followed the same procedure for both.
I guess I just wasn't "owed" anything. ;)

I do not recall doing this survey. But if I ever do see it, I will attempt the survey to see if I get the same results whether or not I get credited.
