Do you think you eat a balanced meal daily, including all of your fruits and veggies for the day?
I will be the first to say that i need to improve my fruit & veggie intake. I unfortunately love my carbs and
sugar.🍕🍤🍰🍇🍒🍫

I don't eat well, doesn't seem like there is enough time.

I love to eat all kinds of foods, both healthy and non. What I have a problem with is portion control. Some of my favorite foods are vegetables, sweetcorn, mash potato, brussel sprouts however I have a problem sticking to one bowl of anything! Admittedly, when I have a baked potato, I can't pass up a heaping of butter also!

For the most part I do. Couple years ago I started making homemade fruit smoothies for breakfast - which contains 4 servings of fruit - so that covers the fruit half; and dinner I typically have some kind of veggie (broccoli, carrots, corn, beans, etc). I do let myself indulge a little at holidays when it comes to baking cookies, but my issue isn't the food I eat, it's the lack of exercise due to a joint rehab. As that joint has been healing and strengthening, I'm looking forward to progressively getting back to my "normal" exercise routines, but it might be another year or 2 until I'm back to full strength. It's been hard dialing my exercise back, but if I don't, I'll just re-injure the joint and it'll just be that much longer...

We don't eat exactly right but lots better than we used to. I have a serious sweets problem, especially chocolate. I quit buying sweets for a while but that wasn't really fair to my husband so I started buying little candy bars for him. Didn't take long and I was eating most of them myself. I come by my love of sweets honestly though; my mom was the same way. lol

I'm horrible about eating healthy. I have a blender and i buy fruits and veggies to make smoothies, but with it being so cold, I'd rather have something warm instead of cold, summerlike, to me to drink.

I definitely don't eat a balance meal everyday. I try to eat certain things right, but I also my fill of indulgences I haven't been able to completely break from cycle. It doesn't help when family or friends come by, they always bring something unhealthy and I feel compelled to eat.

I don't always, but I do eat my fruits and vegetables, drink my protein shakes. And then I have the unhealthy foods which are not good.

Some people can't eat green veggies then what do you do? like people on blood thinners! Or Gout. Vegetable are not good for them because it is the cure that thickens the blood. what do you eat then!
Fruit.. what about people who have allergies , like milk an d peanutes!

I really eat daily the right balance of food, veggies, fish and once in a while meat.

I rarely get my 5 servings of fruits and vegetables so I try to add juice to my daily meals. V8 is a source I count on for nutrition.

Most days I do, but unfortunately I snack too much on the wrong things (chips, candy), especially later at night!

I need to start doing just that and stop eating just meat and starches all day long...

I am trying to eat the right foods, but it is so hard. But I do love my carbs and that's the problem.

Somehow someway it is usually darn hard for me to eat healthy varieties of foods. But I do eat an apple almost everyday. But I am not very good with my veggies intake. It is so cold to eat green salad. But thanks for bringing up this subject because I think this is something that I need to hear.

I try to eat healthy foods, but I have a bit of a sweet tooth that I'm always battling.

It pays off in the long run to eat healthy. It is not easy but when you put your mind to it you will surprise yourself.

I have got to start eating better because my sugar is so high.

ha. no. I eat a lot of fruit... but its usually covered in chocolate :P
our dinners are really healthy though, a protein, a veggie and then a starch but lately i've been doing brown rice instead of white rice.. so thats good. and sometimes when or if i eat breakfast i eat oatmeal or homemade granola bars. But in between meals is bad food :D

I try to eat protein for breakfast so either scrambled eggs or a protein smoothie. And drinking a lot of water.

I need protein to fill full and I love pasta.
I can stay away from sweets but starches are my weakness.

I say I eat the right foods proBably 5-6 days a week. I have a "free day" once a week, usually Friday. PIZZA!!

I am eating better these days than I have been all along. I still have chocolate and stuff that I crave, but I carefully watch portions.

Avoid junk food. Read "nutrition facts " labels. Know what you are eating!

I got rid of drinking sodas for the most part so I think I'm doing pretty good

Definitely not, but I want to start. I know I need to because my health would improve. I just need to get started. What I want to start doing is drinking smoothies.

I try to eat well daily. Can't say it always works out but I try.

I eat one balanced meal per day - it is dinner. My hubby usually makes a fresh salad of greens and veggies plus a freshly cooked veggie like cauliflower or broccoli plus a starch and a piece of meat. I try to skip dessert but that is often too hard to do if there is something attractive on the shelf like pies, cakes, or cookies.

its important to eat the right food daily. it keeps yoy healthy.

I do not eat a balance meal daily only sometimes depending on the time I have to prepare it or not.

Absolutely not .. I do try but just don't like all the foods that are good for me.

I think I am doing a pretty good job of eating right lately. Since being diabetic I cannot fool around.

I don't think I get a balanced diet everyday. I tend to eat more veggies than other things, but then I may forget to enough enough fruits or protein sometimes.

We are trying very hard to eat a healthy food everyday, but sometimes the craving of pizza and other food that is not very healthy is hard to ignore.
