Title: Valentines Day Contest Prize ideas
Post by: premar16 on January 20, 2015, 08:22:14 pm: My Blog is running a valentines day contest but I have no idea what the prize should be! Do you guys/gals have any suggestions?? I want something that both men and women would be happy to win . I Have a budget of about $50

Post by: countrygirl12 on January 22, 2015, 12:31:05 pm: Well others have suggested flowers but that will cost $50 or more and they die in a few days. Maybe a gift card for $50 for somewhere to eat? But the problem with that is not every where has the same restaurants. I love Olive Garden but there is not one in my home town and I can't afford to drive an hour to the nearest one. Candy sounds like a good idea. Not sure with it being a blog if this is something you will have to mail. If so I would go with a gift card. Visa GC can be spent anywhere on anything. I would not go with a spa or anything like that because not every one likes that kind of stuff. Personally if somebody gave me a day at the spa I would not use it and would probably just throw it away.

I think a gift certificate or card that can be used any where would be good. That way you are not limited to a certain store.
