Title: the aussie video doesnt credit for me

and the others say there are no offers left. the gorilla did credit today.

Not sure about the "aussie" video, but everything else seems to be working...........

gorilla has not credited in over 10 days for me.

I do not believe that I have received the aussie video but I will keep checking. I did the Gorilla Glass videos and Web Stories video. They have been crediting for me.

You can try a different browser for the aussie video to see if that will get you credit. Some videos just do not credit.

hyprmx is back today and credited 3 times for a one minute video.

I haven't had issues with the Aussie video in Chrome.

I have never got the aussie video to credit.  I tried it 3 diff times now

I gotten them all to credit.

for the gorilla glass you have to click "go to site" to complete the offer to receive credit

Sometimes I try a different browser and it works.  I use firefox and sometimes they work on IE.

The Aussie video is a bit slow when it is finished to give the completed message (at it has been for me) compared to the other Matomy videos I have had.  But I just let it sit open and it does "complete".  So my suggestion is to try letting it sit open when it is done and see if that helps (for the Gorillas too, if you go to the website to quickly and close too quickly I don't get it to credit, but slowing down a bit made it work without issue).  I use Firefox too I had less trouble vs IE

It works for me with no problem, there other videos that are giving me issues

I haven't had an issue with the aussie video and the 2 cent ones from yesterday did credit and everything worked fine today

This one never worked for me. Gorilla has worked almost every time though.
