Title: peanut butter and jelly

Also ew is the thought of having one with soup xD No offence to anyone.

I rarely ever eat PB&J. I get a craving for one pretty much once every three or five *years*. I never cared for them much as a kid either, thought they were too sticky. Also gross looking, because my older siblings would combine the peanut butter and jelly together into a bowl and mix 'em together so they were easier to spread. Easier to spread, grosser to look at (to me).

I prefer my peanut butter in oatmeal and my jelly on eggs. Which I guess someone might find weird or gross. :P

Hubby looks at me like are you crazy when I put some on my pancakes. Well I think it is good. But oh well it is not as bad as someone putting mustard on cooked eggs. Now that I find gross.

This threat is making me want to try that in a PB&J sandwich....but I have to make some more bread first...oh, and get some more peanut butter because I'm nearly out... :P

I have seen where stupid idiots at schools are trying to get them banned because they say they are not healthy. I read a couple of articles earlier today talking about school personnel taking a kid's lunch and throwing it away because they deemed it was not appropriate. I am thinking if that ever happened to my kid I would get my first assault charge.

I haven't had one in such a long time, but they're also really easy to get tired of. I haven't had peanut butter in a very long time, and now I finally have a little jar of it. But, I don't have any jam or anything. :( I guess I could use a slice of bread though (bread & peanut butter is also a must lol) before the last of the bread is gone. Think I'll go do that now, thanks for the reminder! :thumbsup:

I'm the same! I love the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich on Wonder white bread, none of the whole wheat bread crap! Sorry, but I love a nice, classic version! Lol

It provided that sweetness and also reduced the tendency for the peanut butter to stick to the roof of my mouth. Dill slices were not too bad, either.

I prefer peanut butter and dill pickle as my Peanut Butter sandwich choice. Crunchy peanut butter is my favorite.
