I keep submitting help tickets to no avail. I wish not to discuss my issues here as I have seen so many belittled for asking for help. If no admin is here to assist, why does the forum (and THIS subheading) even exist?

Admin. has always responded quicker to my support tickets than any other site, & I'm all over the internet. Admin also responds quite often when needed in the forum...something I can't say I've seen much of anywhere else on-line.

I think it depends a lot on what you are asking them about. If it is an issue that is answered in the FAQ or TOS, I feel like those tickets get pushed to the bottom of their list.
If you think someone else may have had a similar issue in the past, do a search on the forum. You may find your answer there.

Unless it is a specific question that you need support for, you may be able to get help from others in the forum. If someone tries to be rude just block that person so you won't have to see their comments again. Unfortunately we have those people everywhere.

Admin usually responds pretty fast in forum. But so far, I've haven't seen any responses today re: FC not crediting issue. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

I have been with FC for years and my support tickets have always been answered promptly.
I have also posted on the support discussion board and have never been belittled by other members. I, often, got help by doing so. Why not take a chance and ask other members for help with your FC problem?
