:) Sure, my wife has. I tell her the same thing. Seriously, the thing that helped my snoring the most was losing 20 pounds. :) I sleep much better and all night when I don't snack at night.

Lately I have been snoring a lot. Not sure what it is but mostly when I roll onto my back. I have actually been waking up with my tongue numb.

Yes, but generally it is only if I am not well. (cold, flu, sinus infection, etc.).

No one has to tell me that I snore, I already know it.  I sleep on my side because I snore when I sleep on my back.

My husband says I don't snore, but I was diagnosed with sleep apnea.  Not I use a CPAP machine.

No, because I don't snore.  My boyfriend does, though, and it can get a bit loud at times.

I have sleep apnea so I do snore. I own a cpap but I had lost 100 pounds and had actually stopped snoring. But now I need to use it (but I dont) because life happened and I have much of that weight back. I don't have the sleep apnea as bad as I used to but still snore pretty bad.

I used to not snore but the last few years I have started snoring pretty loudly according to my husband and my sister.  Don't know why I started all of a sudden but I like to tell my husband that I started in self-defense cause he is a very loud, disruptive snorer.

I am always told that I snore.  My son sleeps right through it.  My wife hangs in bed as long as she can and then heads off to the guest room.  My daughter throws stuff at me.  I have woken myself up with my snoring. The dogs won't even sleep with me.  If I have been out drinking, which happens once every six months or so, my snoring is even worse. It is a good thing that I only sleep fro five to six hours a night. I generally work till two hours after everyone has gone to sleep and wake up an hour to two hours before anyone wakes up.  My snoring only truly seems to affect people when we go on vacation.  I have been told to try the CPAP and nose strips but really am not really bothered by my snoring or lack of company when I go to bed.

Yes, my whole family complains that I snore at night. I once went on a trip with my daughter and we stayed in the same hotel room. My daughter couldn't sleep at all because of my snoring so she took a pillow and blanket and slept in the bathroom of the hotel room with the door shut just so she could get a little sleep. Boy did I ever feel badly about that the next morning.

I went to this sleep center to determine if I had sleep apnea.  I do. Snoring can be an indicator what is going on.  Usually not good.

As I've gotten older, I've been told that I seem to snore when I am deeply asleep.  Although this may be true, I can't stand to be in the same room with someone who snores much at all.  I am all for separate bedrooms for a good night's rest!!!

I always thought of myself as a quite sleeper but unfortunately my boyfriend said that one night I was snoring up the storm he had to get ear plugs and went to sleep on the couch. I guess I do snore but it sounds like I don't sbore that often because I don't get the complains that often he he. :P :-[ :moon:

My hubby snores. He used to be terribly loud and had sleep apnea. I moved out of the room because I couldn't sleep. Then he had his open heart surgery. He stopped snoring for a couple years, but I can now hear him and he's louder than ever. He just started a year ago again and when talking to him, it turns out that he's also getting chest pains again, which started around a year ago. He's now on nitro.

I also snore when I'm exhausted and that's a problem because I wake myself up and then can't get back to sleep, which makes me more exhausted. <sigh>

I had a tendency to snore and I used a CPAP machine, for a while.  When I was 52 I had a tonsillectomy and I stopped using CPAP and stopped snoring.  I also take a B complex which helps me with my breathing.

No. I don`t snore, but my partner and daughter snore so loud, even when we went for long travel they snore in the car, that made me very sleep too and made scary to drive, thinking, What will happen if I fall asleep while driving?

Yes, I had a tendency to snore before I got my tonsillectomy.  I had my tonsils surgically removed when I was 52 and it's true what they say.  It's painful for the first 2 weeks when you're an adult.

Yes! My whole family complains about my snoring. Now they all require me to sleep by myself in my own room with the door closed, it bothers them so much. I once went on a business trip with my daughter and she was so annoyed by my snoring, she took her pillow and blanket and slept in the bathtub of the hotel room with the door shut.

I hate to admit it but yes I do but it is not a loud snore  ;)  I sometimes wake myself up if i am lying on my back but usually the only time i snore is when I am stuffed up from allergies or a head cold.  My hubby on the other hand can raise the roof.  He had sleep apnea also and it can get very loud, so I usually wear earplugs to sleep.

I know I definitely snore. My wife tells me all the time. In fact I have caught myself snoring on a few occasions and it startled me awake.
