At this point I do not worry about my weight. After I have my baby I do have a workout plan I already set up to reach my goal. I plan to do T25 and some of my own workouts. T25 has helped me loose a lot of weight before my pregnancy and I want to continue with the program.

I need to lose the last of this baby weight. Its hard while nursing. I cant take anything and I'm always hungry. I did T25 for a while but got bored with it. I get bored with workout programs. I just want it to warm up so I can run again.

I too am always trying to lose weight.   I am also trying the Garcinia.  I haven't been on it long enough to really see any difference, but I think it is helping to curb my appetite.  Hope it works!

I absolutely hate the word "diet". They never work because your body accommodates for the weight loss by gaining more after the diet. How many people do you know that keep the weight off after some crazy crash diet?

I try to eat sensibly and exercise. I know that not being overweight is the best way to stay healthy and that's my goal. I could lose a few pounds but I'm pretty happy with my weight all in all. I figure the extra weight is just muscle. Right?  :star:

Well I started my journey about 18 months ago, my doctor prescribe a pill that suppress my appetite for 3 months and it really worked, I lost 20 pounds on those 3 months, but I made an effort to watch what I eat, the quantity as much as the quality, also gave up Sodas and junk food.  I rarely eat outside and if I do I try to go for salads and healthier alternatives.  I exercise in the morning before I get ready for work, try to do some cardio and abs, for 10 to 30 minutes depending on my schedule and I see the difference, I actually had to buy me new clothes because everything was humongous on me.

I have tried to keep it up, need to loose about 15 more pounds, by taking Garnicia and apple cider, drniking lemon and other natural alternatives.  I gain about 7 pounds in the past few months but I gave up the exercise.  Now that the weather is changing I will start walking my neighborhood and try to exercise in the mornings again.

The only supplements I ever use are vitamins and protein just to make up for any deficiencies in my diet. Otherwise I lose weight the old fashioned way of drinking more water, eating better quality food and being more active

Yes!  I am just out of the stage of a growing boy, now a young man.  So I can no longer eat whatever I choose and have no repercussions! :(  I am trying to cut out sweet drinks that I don't need as well as deserts which I don't like normally anyway.  Also adding in some daily exercise!

I broke my shoulder when I fell in Oct.  Had to have surgrey.  I was off work for 2 and 1/2 months.  I was not able to do anything except sit in the recliner and eat and sleep.  I gained 20 pounds and it is so hard to get off.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :)

I am really focused more right now on eating healthy.  Been buying more organic and less GMO.  I always thought that would be more expensive but I've been following the sales and reading the labels.  I've been keeping very close to my budget and loving the change.

Ha Ha   for years !!!   just can't do it.  The only way I can loose the weight is to quit eating all food altogether.  stop taking the meds I am on  ( which cause weight gain)   I can just drink water and then maybe I would loose some  :(

I've been dieting my whole life. I lost 6 pounds last month and gained them back.  I need to lose 20   pounds so I'm starting again today.  I suck at dieting. How does that vinegar thing work?

I want to drop off the "winter" pudge I accumulated.  Since I wear sweatshirts all winter, my tummy is hidden and I seem to gain 5-10 pounds....

Now that Spring is here, I will be wearing less sweatshirts and now I see that tummy bulge.

I may try that diet tea or diet coffee.

I am forever trying to lose weight without actually doing it. I exercise regularly but exercising alone doesn't do the trick. I have to diet too and that's where my problem lies. I just love to eat. I have never heard of a vinegar diet. How exactly does that one work? How much vinegar do you have to take per day and what kind of vinegar are you talking about - white or cider?

I have tried so many of the weight loss supplements and not one helped me.  It's great for the selling companies, because they tell so many lies about how much weight you can lose.  They are millionaires and as long as people are buying the placebos they will get even richer.

I try, but I always fail. Sometimes I try harder than other times, and still just can't seem to get it to work. It's very difficult for me to lose weight, even during a length of time where I had even less to eat than I do now (which isn't really much at all). I also have a somewhat physical job and still doesn't seem to do much to help the process. It's frustrating but I also try not to think about it too much in this sense and sometimes that helps me because I'm not anticipating losing this amount or that amount so I'm not stressing about it but even still it's very difficult, but without stressing over it like this it makes it much nicer when clothing start to become a little loose or a favourite shirt (that I haven't tried to wear very often because of the excess weight) suddenly feels like it's a little bigger than the last time I put it on.

I am interested in the vinegar you are trying. Does it taste good or awful? When you mentioned unfiltered you can buy one that is unfiltered? Just wanted to know what does it do? Does it help you lose more waste or get rid of toxins in your system and some body fat? I do want to lose wait but I am not sure about supplements.

Exercise and healthy diet is always the way to go instead of supplements because unless you plan on using those supplements the rest of your life, you will fall back into old habits.  You really need to change your diet and the way you think about eating/exercise to have success.
