there's nothing fair about the entire system.

its horrible, but one will not win the majority of the time
when standing up to their boss, their boss's boss, corporate,
and so on...

we're simply pawns. easily replaceable ones.
keep your mouth shut or don't let the door hit you
on the way out. this may be an awfully negative way
of looking at it, but its the truth, from my experience  :bs:

One day I will be my own boss and won't have to worry about the crap but until that day comes I am damned grateful for "greedy" employers for creating a job to give me.

I think corporations are just a pyramid scheme, and need to be regulated more.  I would rather there not be any corporations at all...in my dreams right? I think we had it right a long time ago, were local businesses were run by your local neighbor.  But as far as small businesses, they are just trying to make a living.  There are so many expenses out there for business, and the federal government just likes to bleed the small business dry with all these taxes.  I'm talking about small, like less than 25 employees.  When they talk about small businesses on tv, it makes me laugh.  They are talking about businesses with like 100 employees or more.  That's not small in my book!  I mean look at your paycheck, see how much they take out?  That's your money you worked hard for...then go to the store for household goods, and watch them take out a little bit more with sales tax!  What the heck!  Then make sure you pay a little bit more come taxes!  Where is your money going?  Don't you think the government should have to send you a yearly statement about where your hard earned money went to?  Shouldn't you have a say to what it goes to?  Is your money going to someone sitting around at home, dependent on welfare with 5 kids they can't take care of?  Or someone who voluntarily got laid off, and decided to have a vacation with your money!  What about the people who get back more at tax time, than they ever even paid into the system!  That's your money going to them! Shouldn't we be able to choose were OUR money gets invested when they take it out for social security?  It's all run by corporations, America is turning into a corporation, how much money are they making from us in a year?  Who is regulating mcdonalds, burger king, when they themselves are run by a larger corporation.

I think for the most part people make what they want to make.  If you're bitching about what your income is, change it.

I agree if there's something you'd like to change about your income..do it and stop bitchin.  But take this for example: I work for a great company, however my boss is the biggest *bleep* in the world. She lies about darn near everything and then tries to claim the victim if something happens.  I am so eager to change my job, but it's been the only job I've really ever had. I'm almost 7 years in so I suck it up and *bleep* about it when I'm home. Not really a money problem, but a big part of me feels like no one will pay me what i make.  so i do my own side hustles

Don't complain. Join a union. If there isn't one, find out how to organize one. Go to night school to advance your education or learn a profession. Read the newspaper and magazines like Harpers or Mother Jones so that next time you vote, you elect someone who is willing to curb corporate excesses. But for God's sake, don't be a victim.
