I still write out checks for some of my doctor bills, but all my other bills are paid online. It took me a long time to start paying bills online.
-
Yes I still write check's.
-
Just the checks that are issued through my online bill pay.
-
I haven't written a check in years.
-
Online bill=pay is so much easier and faster ;D
-
I occasionally do write checks. More often than not however I pay by debit or credit card. I'm not against paying bills on line however when I tried to set up a bunch a couple of years ago, you had to pay a third party to administer the payment. The whole point, for me, about setting them up on line was to avoid the postage and use less paper. I'm not grateful however for paying a third party the money I've just saved purely for the privilege of paying on line. So I never completed the process!
-
sure I do, that is the only way I know how to do it
-
No, I don't. I use online bill pay.
-
I pay all my bills by check, just how I prefer to do it.
-
I pay everything online by credit card or bank account
-
I don't have checks. We pay our bills via money order.
-
I pay some online and some by check.I paid the comcast bill online but the bank said it wasn't recieved so they never took it out of the account had to call and make it right it became ok but was a hassle.
-
No, only times I use to write a check was for my rent. No longer have to since i can do online payments
-
There is only a couple left I still pay by check and this is due to the fact I had on one of them where the Online bill pay didn't pay the company correctly and I had a lot of issues. But online bill payment is so much easier overall that I don't write checks in general too much anymore.
-
Lol it's been a very long time
-
What is a check?? LOL... I do not even remember if I even have a check book!
-
no,,, I do all my bill online through my bank account. I probably actually write maybe 5 checks in a month or maybe less. I think checks will be outdated here before long
-
of course, i do alot of things onlinebut I still dont trust my bills with online banking
-
a few: property taxes and a few services.

Hi Melody,
The only bill I pay by check is my taxes. My credit card and all other bills are paid online. Have a wonderful day!
-
I don't pay by checks anymore. I think my wife just used the debit card. It is always easy and fast. The only time we pay with a check is our monthly home rent but other that, it is just debit.
-
I still pay most of my bills by money order or with cash as I feel it's safer than doing it online. I do use paypal a lot but that is for online purchases and not bills (electric, water etc). Plus, I like getting paper receipts as companies OFTEN make billing mistakes so I like to have proof of payment in hand!
-
The only bill I pay by check is my rent check. Others are all electronic.
-
I only do for a couple that don't accept payments online, like our trash bill.
-
We pay most of our bills online.
-
Yes, I still use checks to pay for a few bills because they do not accept payments online yet. But, most of my bills are paid via online.
-
I write very few checks now days, usually only the ones that I can't process over the internet or by my bank or if there is a special stub that has to be returned with the payment.

Yes I do. I don't trust online bill paying. Too much data information could get in the wrong hands. It just seems too risky to me. I pay most of mine in person, cutting out the mail and stamps. BMaston12

I still write checks. At least I now when I mail them their paid.
-
I haven't written a check in I don't know how long. I love the digital age.
-
There are a handful of things I pay by check - and it is NOT my preferred method of payment. I do that only if there is no ability to pay online. Online is so much faster and just as secure and it is posted to my account immediately. I wish we could do away with checks altogether.
-
I stopped doing this a long time ago. Paying bills by checks is a thing of the past. Now I pay my bills online; about 80% of the time.
-
No, I Dont. I don't even remember when exactly I stopped, lol. It's great because I don't buy checks and needless to say gone are the days of endless check writing. Saving on postage stamps, as well.
-
I think I pay only two of my bills now by check, most of them are online or direct withdrawl. Not to shabby!
-
I couldn't imagine paying by check. For all the risks on the Internet, I think the risk (and costs!) of writing out a check, mailing it, and hoping it gets the the destination in a timely fashion is so much worse!
I do online banking for everything and electronic money transfer processes whenever possible. It makes life so much easier!
-
Yes, We still write checks to pay some of our bills.
-
No I pay everything electronically and have done checks in about two years.
-
Only thing I pay with check is for my home owners association fees. They do have online bill pay but it's $5 extra.
-
I pay my bills online or by phone
-
I write out checks for 3 different bills and online bank pay or debit card for all else the time and money it saves me I can
t go wrong
-
I very rarely write checks for bills, If the internet crashes I'd be in serious trouble. :-)
