I understand that Honest Company's Tropical Green Tea, which I believe is fair trade certified, will be sold at Wendy's fast food restaurants this summer. Thanks to public demand for more healthy options, this is an example of how some fast food and fast casual (as the surveys classify) restaurants are responding. Have you noticed how some little things are changing on some of the menus. Yes, we can drive change when we stick together!!! Keep demanding! For example, demand that healthy options should cost no more than "unhealthy." Makes sense, doesn't it?

I happen to like green tea Janice and i know i would order it.Even tho i am also guilty of enjoying coke too!!LOL!

that is always better than your average cup of soda. i usually drink a lot of soda in the summer but i am slowing down with it as of lately

It is a nice thought but some of these items are still packed with sugar, corn syrup and fat. It is kind of funny because a lot of these places are saying that they are offering healthier alternatives and that menu calories/fat are decreasing but the only steps they are taking is making the portions smaller. For instance, McDonalds came out with the triple cheese burger. I tried it and it appeared to have less meat than the double cheeseburger. The patties were about the size of an older silver dollar. Bags of Frito Lay brand chips are pathetic, as are Circus Animal Cookies. The bags look about the right size but when you feel where the actual product is you find that you have a bag that is only half full. They argue that the contents settle. Never settled that much ten years ago!
