Title: expiration credit
Post by: Ayalina20132015 on August 06, 2015, 07:52:19 am: hello my credit became less day after day while waiting for my id confirmation fax to be approuved they already told me that the ammount will be hold but they wxpire it now what to do i already send support ticket but no ansewer

Are you sure Support's replies back to you aren't winding up in a Spam folder in your email? If not, there is no other choice than to file yet another Support Ticket.

Post by: Ayalina20132015 on August 06, 2015, 02:07:15 pm: yes always i write support ticket and they ansewer me but when i fax my identity no i had 128 dollard as credit now she is just 125 and ther is credit will expire after few weeks when i click again to get help bar message appear that they are treating huge ticket support and will be delaythis message always or just this week /

You're in the "Support" section of the forum. I'm sorry if your credits are expiring. Anything over 180 days old will do that. I don't think there's much else you can do but to wait for a reply from FC.
