Title: sooo
Post by: ammielo23 on August 25, 2009, 08:25:02 am
sooo I just did an offer for one of the free ones....but the survey I started to take it got to a point where it said I didn't qualify for their survey....after answering at least 10 questions.  Will I not get my money for that?  Not my fault I didn't qualify for what they were looking for I still attempted it!

You won't get any money.  Sorry.  I've gone through a survey for almost 10 minutes before and not qualified.  It happens!

That happens to me more often than not as well. All you can really do is keep trying.

Related question: I tried the Flycell promotion, and it didn't complete because the company doesn't support my cell carrier [Sprint]. I presume this will also go uncredited? [I find that rather unfair, as I did complete the quiz and offer; I can't control what carriers the advertiser supports. But I'll accept it if I don't get credited.]

It is very aggravating when you spend 10-15 minutes on a referral and then ...nope sorry you don't qualify!  GRRR  :bs:

I agree with you all, but since I am not free to go out and get a second job, I have to play by the rules here.  I just wish they would try to weed us out of a survey sooner than after 10 minutes.  That really makes me mad.  I think that maybe based on your answers they think you are not paying attention or your answers are inconsistent and they kick you out.  Also, I found out, I guess the surveys are on a 24 hour cycle based on when you do them.  For example after 12:00 am, I thought I could do my surveys for the next day.  Guess not, you have to wait 24 hours from when you did the last one.

No, you won't get credit. I have also spent about 10 minutes on a survey and thought I was well on my way when the screen pops up "Sorry you don't qualify" it is very frustrating.

You don't get credit because the first part of these surveys ask questions to see if you qualify for the survey.  They're looking for certain demographics, so you didn't actually get to complete the whole survey. It happens..but good luck next time!

AAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHH!  Surveys did not want me again.  I feel so rejected.  Maybe if I was smarter, prettier, richer............   :sad1:

Tomorrow I am going to put on make up before I try my surveys!   ;D

Ha ha, I know that feeling. Happens to me at least once everyday either by 2cents or My thoughts. but I don't give up  8), even if it kicks me out the first time, I keep trying and usually I get into one survey at least, daily.

The first 10 mins of the survey is not actually the survey, it's just questions to know whether you are a suitable candidate to answer their survey and hence, there's no credit for that.

Note: Also, I read in one of the discussions that using IE often helps in getting yourself accepted for a survey. And getting credited too. I almost always use IE for surveys. U may want to try that, in case you aren't. If u are already, well...it's just bad luck.

It's pretty frustrating if you don't qualify. I find it the most common with those "OTX" surveys. They are so picky when it comes to their demographics. I wish they could just quickly identify us by IP address or something... then again that would be kind of creepy, wouldnt it?  :-X

Anyway, my main plan is to just complete as many offers per month as possible and refer friends to do this. An extra $20 dollars is pretty awesome when all you need to do is some clicking.  ;D

I hate when u seem like you're really far into the survey and it suddenly kicks you out and says the survey is full for people like me or that I dont qualify.  I spent like an hour on a survey once and then it didnt load the final page properly, I wanted to throw my laptop at that point

I had one ask me about particular video games (about 35) rate how likely I was to buy them, etc.  I had asked me all about other things, which gaming systems I had, how often I played, was I buying the same amounts as I did last year.  It was 15 minutes of questions, I swear I though I was almost done and then it kicked me out.  Now I know they could have found a way to weed me out before 15 minutes of questions.  That is why I would rather do offers.  However, when I complete the surveys, I seem to always get credit for them, so when I am done I at least pretty much know it is a sure thing.

Nope, you have to qualify for and complete the surveys to get credited. I never qualify for them though, don't feel bad. Just keep trying, you'll eventually qualify.

You're lucky it stopped after 10 questions!  I've had them go on and on aobut the products that they're asking about, then all of the sudden it says that the responses I gave make me ineligible or something-they should ask the questions that might make up ineligible UP FRONT!!  They get their information-they should PAY for it!  That was the deal, after all!  I think there should be a question limit before they have to pay you-maybe 10 questions then that's it.  I don't thin that FC can do anything to make them pay, though.   :dontknow:
