How long does it take to receive check?  Tracking map says it arrived in town 2 weeks ago but it's missing in action as far as I know.

Whew!  Update on the M.I.A. check.  It arrived today 3-17-2016!  It took almost 4 weeks to get here.  Mailman said it must have taken the scenic route somehow, but I got it!  And yes, thank you everyone, I have changed my cashout method to direct deposit.  Direct deposit was quick and on time for my second cashout.  Much better!

I say if it is  not there by the end of the week, Drop a support ticket and explain to them about it.

I concur with metsrock69 with opening a ticket. If you know the delivery method and have not already, you might want to inquire with them as well. Hope the situation resolves itself in a timely fashion.

If the tracking shows it was in your area and you still have not received it, put a support ticket in, they will help you.

I really don't know about receiving a check. I have mine sent to my pay pal account. I would open a support ticket on it if I had not received it yet.

That would make me nervous to have a check sent.  You should look into direct deposit, that way it is there about the same time each month.

I would contact them. I always use Paypal. I have not had a problem yet.

I requested a check my first cashout and it arrived on the 25th of the month. Other member had told me that a check usually arrives on or about the 25th.

If you cashed out in February and did not yet get your check, contact support as well as the post office. Go to your post office and talk to them. They should be able to trace it.

I suggest, if possible, you have future payments sent to PayPal or Direct Deposit.
