Title: do these count?

I read that for every referral you make you get a dollar and if they complete an offer then you get two bonus dollars. My question is does paid to click count as an offer that a referral can complete to get you the 2 dollar bonus?

no the $15 has to come from offers you personally do. not any of your refs

I think they are asking if they will get paid when their refferal does the paid to click, not if it counts toward their 15 dollars in offers.  And I'm not positive but I believe the ptc does count, it is an offer after all.  Good question.

PTC doesn't count for your $2 offer completion bonus, it has to be a "regular" offer.  The daily surveys do count for the $2 offer completion bonus.

So...is the question...do you get a bonus when a friend gets a bonus?
