I try to do some spring cleaning.  When I was younger I use to do it every spring and fall.

Yes. I focus on bigger projects such as cleaning the windows (exterior and interior), cleaning the baseboards, etc. It's not exceptionally fun but I do love when it's finished. It feels like a new home.

Yes I do and have to admit this year I'm going much further than I have in the past.  Husband and I are both retired so we are taking on some bigger projects, stuff we've wanted to get done for a long time.  It will probably be more spring and summer cleaning.   But I am enjoying it.    ;D

I never personally understood the term 'spring cleaning'.  I do my best to clean throughout the year.  But I don't do anything different or special because it is spring.

This year I'm planning to do some much needed spring cleaning. I've let my house become a mess and it's time for me to get in gear and start cleaning or organizing. I haven't started yet, but I'm hoping to get a headstart this weekend or the coming week.

No not really. I do several "episodes" of major clean outs so to speak throughout the year. I do a major one over the holidays so that I can donate unwanted items to charity and use it on my taxes too.

I used to do one for yard sale, but never had much luck so I stopped.

We haven't been in our new place for quite a month yet so we're more in a state of putting things away, still. My room and bathroom have remained clean. What I've added to my spring cleaning are some air purifying plants. I'm hoping they will help with my allergies.

:rose: :rose: :rose: I do a thorough clean on one room every week, I did have the entire house floors cleaned, carpet, wood and tile.  We are also putting in new appliances in the kitchen...slowly.

Yes. We spring clean and we also do a thorough cleaning for Japanese New Year - so I split large tasks between the two events. We make sure we get the windows inside and out and the screens. We clean the walls, the flooring and the carpet and then clean down - light fixtures, cabinets, structures, furniture, etc. Happy Spring!

I try to do yard sales and flea markets in the spring with the stuff that I do not use anymore. It helps clean out the house and make some extra money. I like to look at it as recycling.

I was the floors once every month.  My wife is a neat freak and seems to have a lot of nervous energy.  She is forever cleaning, vacuuming, washing dishes, shaking out rugs, doing laundry...I get tired just watching her over my work computer screen! And she does all of this after working forty five hours a week and playing tennis. We had a house cleaner come by every three weeks about four months ago and it seemed like my wife would spend six hours cleaning the house the night before.  She said it was so the house cleaner could spend more time on things that she missed.  I can say that the time was definitely not spent on hand and knee washing the floors! We also have two golden retrievers so vacuuming is an every day must!

I usually spring clean every year, but don't have to this time because we had a water leak behind the walls a few months ago, had to stay in a hotel.  Everything was moved out the house and new tile and carpet put in (house still fresh) so just general cleaning for now.  I will take the frig and stove out and clean behind them, that's it.

not really spring cleaning per say.  I basically do it all every couple of weeks to keep it dust free.

Yes, but the weather here in Michigan isn't cooperating yet.  I need some consecutive days that are bright and sunny.  It motivates me.  My spring cleaning lasts over approximately a month as I clean thoroughly for a few days and then have to have some time off.

I live in an itty bitty apartment, so major maintenance is not my responsibility.

I do try to spring into cleaning though. As I sit and key this in, I am eyeing where I need to dust, vaccum, etc.

I will wait till tomorrow. I have declared this a "rest and relax day", but tomorrow I will "spring into action".

No, I would have to pull myself away from my constant everyday cleaning to do spring cleaning. I swear my everyday cleaning never ends. I wouldn't have time to do anymore than I do now. I need a housekeeper! LOL

Yes, I tend to do spring cleaning, especially getting rid of things that we are no longer using, I try not to have to much clutter so I get rid of things that no longer serve a purpose for me, some I donate especially clothes, but only if they are in wearable condition.

I clean everyday, so that can be called  spring cleaning.  I hate a messy house.

I clean my home on a weekly basis (essentially every weekend). As a result, when I have my designed "spring cleaning" period, I do not have to spend as much time.

I have not done spring cleaning this year.  I broke my shoulder over a year ago and last August I broke my femur bone and now have a rod in my leg.  So I have not been able to get it done.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. ;)

Yes, there's nothing that makes a home feel quite so good as Spring cleaning. I love opening all the windows and airing the place out. You can't beat how fresh everything smells later.

Yes, I do spring cleaning, but I have had to put on hold since my allergies have been so horrible. I know that cleaning brings out all that dust and I just can't handle THAT right now!

We used to spring clean. Not so much anymore. I think it's because everybody is so busy and not really home.

I have to dust and vacuum my room this weekend and get a fresh start to the week. Wash the sheets as well, that always feels great to sleep in fresh clean sheets at night!

I get into phases where I spring clean; regardless of the season.  I've been known to spring clean in December.

No I never made that a habit  :-\. I try not to be a pack-rat, that is hard to give or sell or throw away.  I see a lot of my neighborhood do the spring clean. Excellent walks through garage sales in my neighborhood for the last week or so.

Hello to everyone out there in Fusion cash World!

Yesterday was my birthday!  So, Happy birthday to me!  Ok, all kidding aside..  Do I aping clean?
Well, if time permits, I will go through my stuff, as well as, my husband's stuff and either pick it up and put it where it goes; which is a part of staying "organized,"  and, I also, on occasion will take some of our stuff and donate it, for example, to Savers, and I guess that this is a part of Spring cleaning. even if it's a tiny portion of it.

And, of course, I like making sure that the bathroom floor along with the carpet gets cleaned, at least, once a week so that bad odors along with fungus does not develop.  God forbid!

And, of course, I also like organizing my mail....so that our room is more orderly!

But, of course, this would not be considered Spring cleaning.

And, in general,..........I just like to disinfect when I do any of my cleaning both in our room and in the kitchen where all of our tenants most of the time do not clean up after themselves!

So, do I Spring clean?  Well, I don't really consider everything that I do necessarily to be Spring cleaning.  But, as I have already mentioned.  on occasion,  I do like to reorganize everything, and do a through disinfecting in the bathroom, kitchen, floors, and even on the doors!  No pun intended.

So, I guess I do Spring clean!......
