Title: Do you decorate for the Forth of July?
Post by: colbtrist on June 03, 2016, 11:22:59 am
Do you decorate for the 4th of July? I have already put little things on my fire place mantle, and got a red, white and blue thing for my front door.

No, but if we are entertaining then I will buy things with the Fourth of July colors, such as plates, cups, napkins etc.

I love holidays, and especially the preparation stage (e.g., decorating, buying festive costumes). The Fourth of July is no different. For this year, I plan to go all out. I am having a barbecue at my house this year with family and close friends.

I have a lot of flag items that I have up all the time, so I just do a little extra t make them stand out.  We also have 5 birthdays from July 3 to the 7th.  So we sort of feel like it is OUR holiday!   LOL

I know a lot of people do put we don't do anything. I really don't care a lot for that holiday other than the meaning of it.

No.  I use to do more decorating for every holiday.  But lately I do not have time.  I decorate for Christmas.  But not as much as I use to because my fur children will not allow it .

No but I have wanted a flag tee shirt for years and just found one I like and ordered it yesterday.  If I had any friends lol and any family to speak of I probably would decorate the house and have a bbq.  Well anyway I am sure your decorations look awesome.

No. I usually go over my mom and dad's for a cookout or don't do anything at all.
