at the end of the day, I remember certain things people said, certain conversations.
some days, the last thing someone says sticks in my mind.
yesterday, it just happened to be an insult.
I couldn't let it go.
I sure wish people would think before they say something.
It sure would be a better world. .....in public life and important positions as well as day to day encounters with people.

i agree --at work the other day i had such a rude and mean spirited woman --i work at a ministry and we help people in emergency situations and she didnt have a brown bill with her lge and i tried and tried to explain our policy and she just continued to argue with me that she didnt get brown bills --and i continued to tell her she had to have a brown bill that is our policy then she said i want to talk to someone else --i told her that was fine that she would just tell her the same thing ! i know times are tough these days and i try to help everyone i can but we do have policies to go by --i took her home with me in my head and laid in bed that night wondering why people have to act like that
