I have to admit that I leave the house quite frequently with very little makeup any more. Now that I am retired, I just don't want to be bothered with more than some moisturizer with sunscreen, a little blush and mascara, and MAYBE some lip conditioner. Sometimes I even forego the blush and/or mascara. I probably shouldn't because I am past 60, but sometimes I just don't care or want to be bothered.
-
I haven't worn makeup for the last 15 years or so. I do use coconut oil soap and moisturizer, but no makeup.
I'm also past 60, but I'm at the place where I like my face, and don't really care what others think of it.

Every day! :)
-
Everyday unless I am going somewhere a bit dressy
-
No, unless I am just going for a ride and don't have to go in anywhere and even then if I have time I will put some make up on.
-
I have never worn makeup.
-
Yes I do most of the time. I wear makeup about 1-2 times a week.
-
I can't remember the last time I even put on much makeup. I usually just stick with tinted lip balm. If I manage to get on mascara and concealer its a good day
-
I have to debate about whether or not to take the garbage out if I don't have on makeup.
I like to always look my very best.
Call me vain, if you like. :star: Call me insecure. :-[ It's just me. :female:

I honestly have to say I do leave my house most everyday without my makeup because simply I have enough time to put it on. I get up very early morning with work. Or I can get lazy. I'm sure I'm not alone in these actions as well.
-
I do leave without make up, unless I am going to work, or something like that. If I am out running errands, I have NO problem not having make up on!
-
I do not wear make-up period. It makes me look "fake". Besides, it consumes too much of my valuable time to even consider it.
-
I enjoy wearing makeup from time to time , but for the most part I leave my house a lot without makeup on ... I believe i look great without it and if someone thinks otherwise ... oh well they can kiss my ____ !! :o :o :o
-
i never where makeup --just don't have the time to really sit down and do it --i love make up don't get me wrong but unless i have the day to prepare i just don't bother --
-
Yeah...I barely wear makeup because...
1. I don't know how to apply it correctly (and not that interesting in learning. It's too much).
2. I have problem skin and makeup will make it worse.
3. I am afraid if I ever start wearing makeup then I would actually need it, because I wouldn't look good without it. People would get accustomed to seeing me look my best. So I try not to wear it that often...
There are so many women I've seen who wear fake lashes to a point where they look weird without them. I don't want to become one of them, so I keep my makeup to a minimum. I only wear mascara, lipstick and occasionally eye liner.
-
I leave without make on , but just to go to the general store , if its Walmart or something, I have to have make up on. because I always run into someone I know ..
-
I don't wear it anymore
-
BTW, this question is rather sexist, don't you think?
After all, some guys wear makeup, and some guys who just feel like girls wear makeup,
and some guys who just dress up like girls wear makeup. ::)
So was the question addressed to men who feel like ladies, or men who dress up like ladies, or did you totally leave guys out of the equation altogether?
:fish:

I do not wear makeup. On special occasions I wear lip gloss.
-
I for sure do and all the time at that
-
I used to go "full throttle" with moisturizer, foundation, eyebrows (can't find mine otherwise), mascara, blush, powder, and lipstick. I no longer have long, luscious lashes like I did during my makeup days. They're now short and sparse. Mascara doesn't make a difference. I felt naked the first time I went without mascara years ago but why spend money on something that doesn't help?
Now I go with moisturizer, blush, powder and eyebrows. If I didn't go out with a minimum makeup, I'd scare everyone. :) My lips are a dark red now and it looks like I wear lipstick and was even commented what a great color the lipstick is, and I'm too pale and washed out if I don't use blush.
-
yes but only to just run to the corner store . .
-
Yes, I do. I never wear makeup.
-
I tend to only wear makeup when I'm in a more formal/dressy atmosphere, and even then it's fairly minimal: eye shadow, mascara, blush, and lipstick/gloss. My skin is so touchy and sensitive - doesn't seem to matter how the makeup is formulated, it will inevitably end in a horrible breakout. So I keep it off my face the majority of the time.
-
I'm not a lady but I see a lot of ladies around her don't leave unless they have makeup on
-
I, personally, prefer to go out with some eyeliner and after having retouched my eyebrows a bit. Recently, I have been feeling a bit more confident though, so after a shower when my hair is nice, I sometimes go out barefaced and just rock the no-makeup look :)
-
I mostly try to put on some make-up before leaving the house but if there is no time at all, some mascara is enough to make it through the day :rose:
-
Yes, everyday because I don't wear make up.
-
I don't wear make up except for work where it's mandatory. So I wear it about four days out of the week while I'm working. When I'm at home I don't wear any. I'm not into make up at all.
-
Majority of the time, no I do not. However, to check the mail or take the trash out then yes. Life gets so busy that sometimes putting on makeup can feel like a luxury.
-
Frequently I do!
-
As you said, I'm now retired and frequently leave the house without makeup. Grocery store and other small errands don't require makeup for me. Yes, probably look better with it but I just don't want to bother with it for running errands.
-
ALL THE TIME.
I use to be so hesitant to do it because you always have those people that are "are you feeling okay??" just because you aren't wearing makeup. But I recently started a new skincare regimen that makes my skin look so much healthier and I've basically stopped wearing makeup altogether because of it! I feel so much more confident now!
-
I hardly ever wear makeup.
-
Yes, I do! I'm retired, and that's one of the benefits. I also guess it's good that I've been blessed with good skin. I do put make-up on for a special event or holiday. I don't miss it - I especially like not having to remove my makeup at the end of the day!
-
i think it really depends on your confidence and how you think of yourself. if you think you are beautiful and carry yourself with a lot of confidence, then people will definitely see how beautiful you are. I go out without make up 90% of the times and i get still get compliments from both sex. ;)
-
I usually never leave the house without my make-up on. Applying my makeup is part of my morning routine whether I am leaving the house or not. I like to be ready for anything and plus when I look good, I feel good
-
Ladies should wear no makeup at all, be natural ladies.
-
Most definitely. I could never get into the stuff. I believe in presenting yourself in as natural a light as possible.
-
I don't wear makeup, I admit I could take better care of myself
-
I always leave home without makeup. I prefer the natural look. Makeup is my servant, not my master. Unfortunately, there are some ladies who cannot leave home without being made up because they have worn makeup most of their life.
-
Most dont but I think it is a shame you have to put makup to go store
-
Unless I'm going outside just for a jog, I never leave the house without any on, but I'm just a foundation and pressed powder, and lip gloss kind of lady. I rarely ever wear things like eyeliner and lip color unless I'm going out somewhere.
-
I've gotten more lax about this lately, because I find the process of putting it on and even moreso taking it off, so tedious. For a quick errand I'll just keep my sunglasses on the whole time and hope for the best.
My feeling is if I meet somebody who passes me up because I wasn't wearing makeup, then he wasn't a great catch anyway :P
-
No Ways, In LA make up is must. u never know which can became your lucky day!!! ;) ;)
-
I never wake makeup. The last time I wore make up was in my early 20s after I got married. I have never had a pimple in my life because I do not use make up and do not wash my face with soap. My skin has always stayed dry but I like it.
-
it depends on how I feel that day but, yes I leave the house a lot with out make-up.. I only really wear make-up for special occasions..
-
In my 20's, 30's and most of my 40's, I rarely went without make-up. After my marriage fell apart, in my early 50's, I stopped using make-up pretty much altogether. I'm perfectly OK with it, I'm not looking for another relationship and it just became too time consuming and a hassle to put on and take off make-up. About all I do now is a little blush and occasionally, eye shadow or mascara. But I don't have much for eyelashes left lol. I have some age spots but other than that I think my skin is still pretty good :)
-
the only makeup I wear when I go out is eyeliner.
-
Sometimes
-
yes, but my wife does not...
-
During the week I wear make up, but on weekends if I go to the store or the gym I do not.
-
of course, looks aren't everything (http://)
-
I rarely wear makeup
-
Only on Sundays
-
you already know what time it is
