Do you eat some type of fish a few times a week. I do once in awhile. I like
tuna fish, Tilapi, cod & perch to name a few.🐡🐡

I would love to eat fish once a week. My son has started to really like it so it's becoming an option now.

i eat cod once a week because we serve a jacks beer battered cod. every Wednesday.

I don't eat fish, they creep me out........but I do occasionally treat my cats/dog to sardines.
BTW, Thank you melodylogan45 for your interesting topics that not only have sparked some interesting discussions, but have helped us get to know a little more about our FC family. :)

I eat fish at least once a week. I try not to eat too much meat. I try to cook as many meatless meals as possible. I would like to be a vegetarian one day. I am taking steps to move closer to that way of life. It is better for our environment too.

I dont. It is hard for me to find what I consider good fish. There isnt really any convenient option where I live to order and take home and i dont have much time for cooking it and have never been good at cooking fish.

My husband and I eat fish several times a week. We are trying to control our cholesterol without taking prescription drugs. So far, it is working. My husband is an excellent cook and he fixes salmon, catfish, tuna steaks, scallops, red snapper, etc. He cooks a lot of it on the grill, but also makes a delicious fish gumbo. I also eat sardines a few times a week for lunch. When I was working, I would take crackers and sardines to work for my lunch. My co-workers would make me go sit in the car to eat them because they didn't like the smell.

I try to eat fish at least once a week. My favorite is catfish. Fried, grilled or sautéed I like it cooked anyway.

I enjoy eating fish. My favorite is flounder and tilapia. I eat fish as much as possible, numerous times a week.

WE usually have fish at least once a week. About once a month we go to Cracker Barrel for Catfish Friday.

Some people try not to eat beef, pork and other meat sources. But they will eat fish because it is healthier...they have more nutrients.

No fish for me! I was vegetarian from the ages of 10 to I think 17, then turned vegan. :dog: :cat: :bunny: :monkey: :turkey: I love it and would never go back to eating animal products!

We do eat fish every week. Especially in the Lent season, we eat it more.

I would eat fish more but I'm not good at cooking it, it's also really expensive when buying it cooked.

I like eating seafood. Eat it 5-6 times a week.. Provides omega 3 oils that are better than most oils and fat is better than the red meats.. However got to watch out the mercury consumption tho. I like salmon, tuna, cod fish, and most shellfish

I never eat fish. I'm not a seafood fan...it's way too salty. I like Lobster and Shrimp though, but that's about it.

No, I do not. Although, I certainly should, especially as I am getting up in years. The most "fish" I have on a daily basis is two large Omega-3 fish cod capsules every morning for breakfast.

I am not really crazy about fish except for tuna, sword and mild fishes that you can make into fish and chips. So we don't have it very often, maybe once a month or so. Mostly we eat cold salads in the summertime (chicken, tuna, potato, garden, egg).
