Title: cash out questions

so I cash out last month on august 19 and my payment is still pending.

Any payments requested during the month will be paid around the 20th of the following month so all August requests will remain pending until paid around September 20

You always get paid on or about the 20th of the following month. It doesn't matter when you cashout the previous month.

watch your mail box, your bank account or your pay pal account on October 20th, you'll get it.

You should have gotten paid on September 18th. I did.  If you requested a check, you should get it this week if you have not yet gotten it.

I suggest waiting until the end of any month to cash out because it does not matter what day of the month you cash out.
You always get paid on or before the 20th of the following month.
