is anyone else having issues with LiveSample surveys?
I keep getting this message...
Uh oh...We have found a problem with either verifying your identity, or are having an issue with some of the answers you gave to questions we have previously asked. Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to take surveys at this time. If you feel like you have received this message in error, please reach out to member care here.
I e-mailed support and the techs are looking into it as they can't find anything with my account that would be causing it...just seeing if anyone else is getting this or if it is just me

I've gotten that message suddenly. I'm tired of LS and YourSurveys doing this crap where they block someone's account randomly for false reasons. I always answered honestly and never used any proxy or tools to access their sites. I left it alone after getting that message.
I suppose you could keep sending a support ticket until they're able to fix it.

I'm in the same boat, so I'll just steer clear of these surveys. Though morbid curiosity does make me click on a Your Survey from time to time... never get a functioning survey or a DQ credit!

I have seen that message before and e-mailed their support team. They fixed the problem and I've had no problems since then. They're also very good with getting back with you once you've e-mailed them.

I found the partial problem... I switched to google chrome and am able to do the surveys so it's something to do with firefox... I e-mailed their support team to see if they can find a problen with FF and their surveys... will keep everybody informed

I use Firefox all the time and haven't had any problems.

Just email them they will solve the problem.

Live Sample surveys are the ones I prefer.

it's working on both browsers again... they are one of the few that answers problems and works on them... they are the ones I prefer too

nope i haven't been doing surveys scene last year.

Livesample had me blocked for a long time. I had to email them and wait over a month for them to allow me to take their surveys again

they're working fine for me now... they e-mailed me saying techs were going to look into it but then didn't say anything more.. they must have found the problem, which I'm glad for as I love these surveys

Had a problem about a month ago and emailed them twice but they did fix within a week.

I've been doing really well the past week or so on LS been getting a survay every day some times

I've had good experiences with LiveSample surveys even when finding myself rolling through several attempts before reaching success. I may not land one daily, but they are another resource for surveys. I'm so glad I haven't encountered the blocking problems or technicalities others have experienced and hope I never do. This is helpful information to have just in case.

I always get the problem now then but sometimes it just clears on its own without having to email the company.
