Title: Need suggestions
Post by: melodylogan45 on November 25, 2016, 08:36:20 am
I have king sized comforters that I keep in my closet in the plastic bag that they came in. Years ago I tried to vacuum bags, but they did not hold well. What do you use to reduce the size of your bulky king sized comforters to make more space?

Luggage.  It's usually stored somewhere in a basement, attic or back closet.  It's empty space that can be used for storing extra blankets, seasonal throws and pillows.  I've seen people also use ottomans, those children's organizers that hang from closet bars and good old fashioned rubbermaids.

There was a product from the As Seen on TV. You may want to check those out and their reviews.

Wow, the vacuum storage bags don't work! I never had a surplus of blankets, always used them up, than I gave them to my pets. You should call that bag storage company because it is stated to store your stuff!

I use the vacuum storage bags.  It's a gamble whether they last or not, some do, some don't.
