Never, ever, made a New Years resolution, so "no" or "yes" doesn't exactly fit, lol.

Neither because I don't make resolutions. I try to improve myself throughout the year, not necessarily when the new year starts.

I don't even make resolutions because I know they aren't going to be kept.

I did keep my 2016 New Years Resolution and am very glad I did. In 2015 I only aimed to run 7.5 miles a week for exercise but my 2016 New Years Resolution was to increase that to 10 miles a week which I did and I feel and look a lot better due to the increase. Even my ophthalmologist (whom I had not told about the increase) said she saw a certain improvement in the health of my eye which usually only comes about when a person increases the amount they exercise!

I'm all for making a decision to change and make life better in some way, but if you have to wait for a particular day to arrive (ie. New Year's Day) before you can make the change, that tells me you are not ready. If you are not ready, you are really unlikely to be successful at whatever it is you are trying to change. I think, if you really want to change, you'll make a start right here and right now.

No because my New Year resolution is always to lose weight.  I might have lost a few pounds, but not what I wanted to lose.
