We've been lucky to have some really nice weather and have been doing some big projects outside to get ready for spring/summer.   Hoping to get a lot more done.  Now I just have to figure out a way to keep mosquitoes away.   Would love to  put up a Martin pole.

I've never done well with gardens. My mother in law used to say I had a black thumb instead of a green one lol

I cannot wait for winter to be over so I can start planting.  The outside of the house looks so drab and dull without all the flowers and their color

I worked outside Thursday until i ran out of steam and then  had to finish up inside. It was so nice. But oh how sore it can a make aperson. Then turned around  Friday and helped hubby cut wood, and then we brought it home and cut some more. Blocked and stacked until we can get it split. Yep we have a wood spliter. Bought one for hubby 2 years ago. He is getting to old to do it by hand.  But Now the Wednesday and the wind is howling so get to stay in the house.

I love working outside, it's been a warm week and it put in the mood to start my summer garden even though it's still winter. I'm working to get enough compost to use in my pumpkin patch.

I have three months to go before I start garden work.  Right now my yard and garden looks like a lake from all the melting snow.  I'm sure there's a lot more snow to come.

My husband does most of the yard works. I always tell him I don't mind helping but I think he enjoys doing it by himself. Lol.

It was nice and I wanted to work outside but was sick this week.  I love working in the yard doing the grass and my vegetables are the favorites.
