Yeah, I got the same response.  Yesterday was the first time I have ever tried this offer.  Go figure! It's always something even when they state you can use it once a day or multiple times per day!

Glad to know I am not alone (or nuts for swearing I hadn't done what it said I did).  Maybe it is suppose to say "sorry all out" and is a coding error.
